He was incredibly personable, kept in contact the entire time, and even traveled to her to get the job done. What really stood out was how honest and respectful he was—he never tried to price gouge or add unnecessary costs. He even noticed that the wrong part had been sent and personally called the company to get it corrected. 5 /5 Sumrtym 77: 100% recommend. Traveling home from the beach and 2017 Suburban started overheating all of the sudden. I do all my own mechanic work, but had no tools or anything with me. Googled some places and “Fix on the Fly Pcola” came up. Mobile tech, only a few reviews but thought hey if they just bring some tools I’ll be good. Chastin was there in 30 minutes, confirmed what I figured it was. Drove us to get parts and we got it fixed up and road ready again as soon as engine/coolant was cool enough not to cook us. Very cool guy, knowledgeable, quick interaction, and affordable for sure. Got the number saved now because we are around the area a lot and it’s a Chevrolet!

5 /5 Dav246: Heres my tale: I crashed my car in Alabama on the way to Florida, fortunately I was in range of my destination to take advantage of a free triple A tow and got it to my house. But now I had problems: Its 7 pm on a Sunday, car will not move, that was my last free tow, and I had only recently replaced my engine so I was a little thin in the wallet. Turned to google, and set my search criteria to mechanics open now. A few mobile mechs popped up, most were dead ends. Except this one, Fix on The Fly, which was buried about halfway down the google suggestion list. He answered the phone almost immediately, and next day came out, listened to my end goals with the vehicle and repairs, diagnosed a few problems and gave rough quotes, which are beyond competitive compared to what an auto shop would have charged me. The repair was done promptly and professionally. Very responsive, very transparent, very reasonable, and as a mechanic myself Fix on The Fly gets my full recommendation.
