5 /5 Robert Lowery: I called Jerald Hensen first because of their ratings, but they were honest enough to tell me they could not my tight schedule due to how busy they were. What they did for me was send me to a competitor that got the job done on my tight schedule. Most would have either done the job in their time, or just turned me away, but Jerald Henson treated me the way we all hope to be treated with thoughtfulness and respect. Amazing company!

After quoting me one price-they took a closer look and revealed the real problems and was able to save me hundreds-They could have easily kept the original quote—but There heart is in the Business of helping people and not harming them—-When I was called with this new I was tearful-because I had just been taken advantage of…..Thanks for sowing Good seeds in your customers life-Thanks for your good Heart and sincere honesty…looking forward to referring others to you. stacie lloyd: Great place! Very appreciative to have found this place! My AC on my jeep was blowing hot air. Figured it more than likely needed Freon and it did indeed. He called to say it was ready and it had a leak somewhere. Once it starts blowing hot again to take it back in because he used a dye that will show where the leak is once it’s emptied or low again! So very happy and thankful to have cold air again!!! They even dropped me off at home and picked me up once it was ready!!

Jake Lane: Avoid this shop. Hourly rate is extremely too high for the quality of work produced. Had an oil change, left with a flat tire from their parking lot. Was told "sorry yeah we try to run a magnet through the parking lot every week, whoopsies." With no recourse on how to make this up or even fix it. "No sorry we dont do tire work." Well you should probably return the vehicle the way it was turned into the shop. After my oil change, within 24 hours my Range Rover was throwing codes for contaminated engine oil. Spent $3000 for new Porsche brakes that squeal. The solution was to bring it back and have them hold it for a couple days so their tech can drive it around and make check whats wrong. They squealed the day I left with "brand new" brakes. I would not trust this shop to make sound and accurate repairs or to maintenance your vehicle.
