5 /5 stacie lloyd: Great place! Very appreciative to have found this place! My AC on my jeep was blowing hot air. Figured it more than likely needed Freon and it did indeed. He called to say it was ready and it had a leak somewhere. Once it starts blowing hot again to take it back in because he used a dye that will show where the leak is once it’s emptied or low again! So very happy and thankful to have cold air again!!! They even dropped me off at home and picked me up once it was ready!!

Jake Lane: Avoid this shop. Hourly rate is extremely too high for the quality of work produced. Had an oil change, left with a flat tire from their parking lot. Was told "sorry yeah we try to run a magnet through the parking lot every week, whoopsies." With no recourse on how to make this up or even fix it. "No sorry we dont do tire work." Well you should probably return the vehicle the way it was turned into the shop. After my oil change, within 24 hours my Range Rover was throwing codes for contaminated engine oil. Spent $3000 for new Porsche brakes that squeal. The solution was to bring it back and have them hold it for a couple days so their tech can drive it around and make check whats wrong. They squealed the day I left with "brand new" brakes. I would not trust this shop to make sound and accurate repairs or to maintenance your vehicle.

Scratch Off Auto Repair - Pensacola

Judith J: We hired Scratch Off Auto Repair to repair our Ford E-250 work van. The van was accidentally knocked out of park and rolled into a tree so, we were paying out of pocket. Sharon gave us a written quote and it was the best price we found. She said they could get us in the following week. They were recommended to us and have a history of great reviews - we accepted their quote and scheduled the work for the following week. Sharon told us it would take approximately 1 1/2 weeks to repair and she was true to her word. Being that it is our work van time was of the essence as its not out making money if its in the shop for an extended period of time. The work they completed was amazing - our van looks absolutely fantastic and we did not have to spend a fortune!! We requested the hood not be replaced and to have the existing hood repaired (the damage was only to the front corner). Sharon explained to me it will not be perfect but will look pretty good. Since this is a work van I was good with that. Sharon explained that some of the other parts were not repairable and had to be replaced. I requested used parts if available and she honored my request. I could not be any happier with the completed work, the hood turned out much better than I expected !! The passenger door now opens perfectly and the replaced parts look brand new. The customer service, professionalism and attention to detail is top notch. Sharon is great to work with and, in this day & age, that is very difficult to find. I highly recommend Scratch Off Auto Repair and if I ever need body work in the future (even if Im going through insurance) I will most definitely return to them for my repair work.
