Kenneth Davis: The last thing you want to happen when you are on the road is to have car trouble. The pit in your stomach of not knowing the area and not knowing who to turn to. Thankfully, I was directed to State Road Auto Care. I was having problems with the front brakes locking up. Al quickly assessed the situation and said, "No problem. We can get you fixed up today." That was music to my ears. Al got the brakes repaired, did an oil change, and rotated the tires for us. He texted pictures of the worn parts before replacing them, and he sent a picture after the job was completed. We were back on the road that afternoon. Als rates for parts and service are very fair. He is an honest man, and he treats his customers like family. If I lived in this area, he would be my go-to mechanic for all of my cars. Thank you, Al. I will forever be thankful that our paths crossed today.

Javier C: The WORST service. Dont waste your time, because they never have any. Its a total lack of respect for the customer. Ive taken my car in twice over the last two weeks with the promise that they would do the inspection, but they always respond without even showing their face: "Im very busy, bring it next week." Seriously, the worst experience Ive had in all of Tampa.
