Brian Woods Went in for a recall. Was told itd be 1-2 hours. Returned after 2 hours my car hadnt even been started. Sat there for 4 hours on my Saturday off. Finally got my car back and the alignment is all messed up, absolutely terrible. It was perfect before it went in. Recent rainstorm I almost crashed because I hit a puddle with such terrible alignment... just terrible all around

Dan Nelson The service staff was helpful and friendly. They did a good job on my car. However, in my opinion 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is just too long. The custom waiting area is awesome with coffee and snacks available and comfortable chairs. The 2-hour wait is not just a one-time thing. It always seems to take that long. It shouldnt take 2 hours for something that only takes 30 minutes of work to do.

Amanda Martin My alternator went out in my toyota highlander yesterday and my usual mechanic was closed. I had to be able to get to work the next morning so i went on google and found Ronnie. He showed up within a 1/2 hour and ready to work! he finished my car within 2 hours and was super friendly and gave us a GREAT price. I have now saved his number and he will be my go to mobile mechanic! thank you so much Ronnie you are very dependable and I am so glad we called you!!! Thank you! The Martin Family

Mathew Mullet Couldnt of asked for a better mechanic. Called him out on a Sunday morning he left his family on his day off to come and help with an rv that had been sitting for a long time found our problem in the first 5 minutes of being there. But instead of charging me and going back to his family he chose to stay and help me for the next 2+hours to educate me of every aspect of the rv because I litterally had no idea about anything. Helped me get all other systems running that he didnt even come to help with. Didnt leave until there was nothing left for us to go over. Would give 10 stars if I could you wont find a better guy in the area

Barbara Kininmonth Edwin and Matt are angels. After a bad tire on I 75 they took care of me with great care, empathy and professionalism. They worked as quickly as possible to get me new tires, wheel alignment etc. They exceeded expectations and are great to work with. Customer service is outstanding. I will be forever grateful to them.

Yanez Elizabeth (Mrs.eYanez) I had called this tire kingdom just to shop for prices and once I called Jon answered the phone and his customer service was beyond what we expected and my husband and I decided to go and get this tire solely on Jon’s positive attitude, once in the shop they didn’t take long to change the tire out and talking to Jon was a great experience. I have never ever gone through something like this, this was our first time In the store, we went there to get a tire for our food truck we don’t know the guy but we’re glad we met him he impressed us with such a great positive attitude. We will def be back when needed. Thanks Jon

UnknownUnitW10 UnknownUnitW10 Ive had mixed results with this place. The first time I went they did the job right and for probably a fairish price. The second time I came in to get my windshield washer repaired. They told me its wasnt the pump and they didnt have time to test for other things at this time. I took it to another mechanic it was the pump and it does work. Unfortunately that experience has caused me to lose faith in this business. Its a shame because its a clean facility that is closer to my home location.

Jennifer Brown I did not have a good service experience with Gettel Chrysler Dodge in Punta Gorda. They had my brand-new truck in for service for the digital odometer screen/electrical system for over a month. Over the phone confirmed the truck would be detailed before picking it up. It was dirty when they wanted to hand me the keys - literally had the truck over a month and giving it back to me dusty and dirty! It had stains on the bed of the truck. Had to wait over an hour for it to be washed, only for it to be returned still having the stain on the bed of the truck! The manager tried to clean it off himself. He did say they messed up but nothing he could do at that point - the service sucked, but it still was not a good experience. I did not feel that my $80,000 spent at that dealership was valued.

Paul Zoecklein John the service writer was fantastic. Once I got to John everything was very professional and handled very well, John gets 5 stars!! I made two different appointments online and neither one of them were on the dealers list of appointments. I even got a confirmation online that the appointment was set and confirmed. Besides that little hiccup everything was great.

Richard Lingsch I recently had my AC fixed by Walt’s Garage. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had cool air blowing the same day. They are thorough, efficient, and courteous. Walt’s runs their business with integrity and a genuine focus on the customer. I highly recommend Walt’s Garage.

Monique I would recommend this place a thousand times over and over again! They were so sweet I was in and out while everyone else wanted to charge me over $130 for a used tire this place patched my tire literally within 10 minutes and charged me nothing! There are still good people and good businesses in this world that care! If you have any issues please use this shop!

The office manager/receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly, guiding me through everything I needed with care and professionalism. As someone with no prior experience dealing with a repair service like this, I felt completely informed and supported. Jake went above and beyond, keeping me updated throughout the entire process and making me feel welcome to ask any questions. His professionalism and communication made a stressful situation much easier. While it was unfortunate that I needed their services, I’m grateful for the experience I had with Caliber. If I ever need auto repairs again, I wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Jennifer Gravesen I had a car accident and Caliber was the company my insurance partnered with. I had too much going on to do a lot of research and decided it was just easiest to go with them. Everyone was a pleasure to work with, from the front desk to the estimate to the repair work. We all know that repairs and insurance are stressful. Parts get delayed. Staff have personal things come up. Work takes longer than expected. My car did go over the estimated window, but communication was clear and I would much rather they be thorough than rush through to get it out of the shop. Unfortunately there was a minor sensor issue I found when I picked my car up after hours (we picked the keys up earlier in the day). We called them the next morning and they got us right in to look things over. There was a minor issue that they quickly resolved and I was in and out. My car looks brand new, is sparkly clean and is working perfectly. They handled everything super kindly and professionally. Highly recommend them for your collision needs!

Kathleen Tirado My undercarriage was hanging down and I needed it fixed fast so I could safely drive home. The owner was able to fasten it in place safely and quickly. When my husband asked how much do we owe you he gave us a reasonable price. We gladly paid that and gave him a tip.

Luke Render Great location. Knowledgeable and friendly staff members. They fixed my faulty valve stem in under an hour. Might have been in under 30 minutes. They have wifi, but you have to ask for the password. Comfortable waiting room. Bathrooms. No coffee. They have a counter setup for coffee, but no coffee. Disappointing. They do not have any beverages. Bathrooms are nice. Nate, the manager, is a very nice young man, and it carries over to their staff.

Heather Jones Just left happy! We had an issue with our Explorer while traveling and stopped here. A piece on the under carriage had come loose and was dragging on the ground. We were welcomed and helped immediately. Nate and his staff were amazing and helped us out in a bind. They sure did take care of us!

THOMAS PEFFLEY This is the only place I would take my vehicle to, they are Honest, and wont rip you off. The only place I have been to that, not only didnt try to bleed me dry but actually did the work they said they would. I usually do my own repairs but when in a pinch, they came through for me! Nicest people, ever!

Amber D Wouldn’t recommend another repair shop. I had to get a complete two door repair and from start to finish they were amazing, the whole staff from front end to in the garage. Mrs.Bonnie was the absolute best, she was quick at answering all my call, texts and emails. The owner is a blessing in disguise! I hope I never have another issue, but if I do I know exactly who to go to. Thank y’all again, I appreciate it more than words could ever describe!

Kristine Mcwilliams Took my car for water pump and T-stat replacement. After driving for a few days and paying $942, the car overheated again and stranded me on I-75. I was going to tow it back to have it assessed and was rudely told I couldnt bring it there, "They were too busy." After receiving a deceitful response to my review from the owner of J&E I feel it necessary to clarify that he is outright lying again, just as they told me Shane was working on my car when indeed Shane no longer worked for them. Interesting that they would respond this way considering my post was clearly regarding my attempt to come back to further explore my issue, proving my point further. Its a shame.

Brian Carlson JSN Auto Repair in Punta Gorda was the Best experience I have had getting my car serviced! The lowest price, by far, for full synthetic oil change. The service technician, I need to get his name, was very thorough and wasnt happy until it was perfect!! The manager Gordon was 5 Star for customer service!! As a matter of fact, All the employees were 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I just made them My Auto Repair shop for Good!!! Thank you for a great experience at an Auto Repair shop!!!

James Lynch My gauges started pulsating and my transmission started shifting differently. Thinking the worst I pulled into JSN. They did a quick diagnostic check and found it was just the battery. Replaced it and sent me on my way all in less than an hour. This is the second time I have used JSN. The first time they replaced an A.C. unit in one of my trucks. Great job! Quick work. I recommend JSN to anyone with vehicle problems. Friendly staff. Thank you JSN

Amanda Finsel Steve was exceptional! Kind and accommodating. He came in early to help diagnose my car so I could still get to work on time. He helped me understand what was wrong with my car and how to get it fixed with the dealership. He also did probably the fastest oil change Ive ever had! Great and professional owner! Debbie Alger Steve took very good care of my mother in laws car repairs! He was knowledgeable, very reasonable in pricing and all around nice guy! She found him to be very honest! He addressed problems with her car that other mechanics could not do. She highly recommends Steve to anyone looking for a fair and honest mechanic!
