I got an oil change, and they made some recommendations without making me feel pressured to choose one service over another. Abdul even showed me how to use the free coffee machine while I waited. Excellent service. I will be coming here for routine maintenance again.

Taylor Goggin There is three men that work here I believe. My mother was assisted by the taller man (not sure if he is the owner) but he was extremely rude & condescending. He has 0 patience. My mother left in tears. As a single female, do NOT take your car here.

Robnself 2018 I gave it three stars because I did go before and they did fix something for me I think they do have some decent mechanics there. I went there last week I think I talked to the owner he was very rude. They said it would be $120 just to connect a OBD scanner. I have some experience fixing cars and I know thats bogus. I will not go back there again. People watch YouTube and start fixing your own vehicle. Stop being ripped off by these mechanics in Miami.

Peter Rost Im so happy I found this place close by Wynwood. Mr. Rodriguez is one of those old fashioned great and honest mechanics. Gave me reasonable price to fix Jeep Wrangler door lock actuator. Also want to mention Stephanie in office, nice, pleasant, kept me informed in timely manner, and very helpful. When I felt OEM part too expensive immediately helped getting aftermarket part at more reasonable price. All in all a well run operation. I usually do a lot of auto work myself. But tired of it. Will come here instead.

Tim Leppert I had my 94 Range rover at your shop for almost a month and u charged me over $2000 in repairers as you said rewired the alternator, well you didnt do anything right and now has the same problem. I was patient with the period of time you had in hopes that you were working on it and it sat in the same spot for a long time untouched and had to call alot to get info from you that was usually very vague. I was warned about this place and should have listened.

Misty Rain They charged me a $1.09 more than I paid and my receipt clearly indicates. It may be a small amount and petty yes but it’s companies like this that run AI scams that are ruining our country. They start with small amounts to see who notices and who doesn’t and then work their way up. It may seem small to some but it’s the moral of it. What makes these people think they are entitled to take money that is not theirs? This is a federal offense. To the owner just know you are not above the law and I reported you for these deceptive services. Replying to your message: If you are charging a $1.09 service fee, it is legally required to be itemized on the receipt at the time of purchase. Adding unauthorized charges after a transaction is complete is not only unethical — it is illegal. You can’t just tack on fees after the fact. Let’s be real: this is not a misunderstanding, it’s deceptive business conduct. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, you’ve chosen to respond with a personal attack — a move that only further highlights your culpability. Your response is not only unprofessional, but also potentially constitutes witness intimidation. You should know that what you’re doing isn’t just a civil issue — it rises to the level of credit card fraud and racketeering, both of which carry serious legal consequences. You are speaking to a trained paralegal. I strongly advise you to cease these unlawful practices immediately. Consider this your formal notice.

Klem Runa (VegPenguin) We went half of the summer of 2024 and the whole fall without air conditioning in our 2011 Dodge Caliber. That model of vehicle is notorious for having numerous problems that I wont be listing. Nonetheless, Neal and his team replaced our A/C system almost completely, and it runs perfectly new as it should. The price was a selling point of course, saving us around* 800 dollars in costs. But the thing that stuck out to me the most was that Neal aims to do the right thing. He wants to be a good person for his customers, and equally important for his own business. Matt Mullin Went in with AC that was blowing cold out of one vent and hot out of 3. Miami in April is no place to have broken AC. I took it in and Mr. henry and his staff were nothing but helpful. He fix the problem in under an hour and charged me a GREAT price. Thank you guys!!!

However, when I arrived, he quoted a different price and seemed to disregard our prior conversation. I found Ronnies behavior to be focused on only getting paid rather than prioritizing customer satisfaction. His customer service skills were subpar, leaving me feeling frustrated and undervalued. Bobzy is the only one whos very helpful and patient

Agape Love Incompetent mechanics, doing bad work, will not honor warranty and Owner Ronald Moise is dishonorable! Don’t bring your foreign cars to him, as he will screw it up. His shop fixed my coolant leak, and gen fir overheating and put wrong coolant. VW must have pink or purple specialty coolant otherwise it will damage the car. I asked him to fix the mistake and even bought another jar of coolant and paid for extra coolant out of pocket again, but he still refused fixing his mistake. He only accepts cash and does not provide proper receipts because he is a cheat!!! After Several hours of driving after completed repairs all coolant leaked out and car overheated. I paid the over $400 to fix it, she only got few hours out if it. They refused to honor the warranty and fix their mistakes. So I’ll have to take matter to court because owner Ronald Moise is dishonorable. Stay away from them unless you want to risk having same issues. They are incompetent, doing very bad job and will not even honor warranty and will fix their mistakes. Do not trust them with your car unless you want to risk to be screwed like me!

Brian Woods Went in for a recall. Was told itd be 1-2 hours. Returned after 2 hours my car hadnt even been started. Sat there for 4 hours on my Saturday off. Finally got my car back and the alignment is all messed up, absolutely terrible. It was perfect before it went in. Recent rainstorm I almost crashed because I hit a puddle with such terrible alignment... just terrible all around

Dan Nelson The service staff was helpful and friendly. They did a good job on my car. However, in my opinion 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is just too long. The custom waiting area is awesome with coffee and snacks available and comfortable chairs. The 2-hour wait is not just a one-time thing. It always seems to take that long. It shouldnt take 2 hours for something that only takes 30 minutes of work to do.

I have a BMW X3 and the mechanic was very professional, resolved my car issue and very responsive to all my questions and concerns. They also gave me a great price compared to other mobile mechanics I reached out to. Therefore I will be contacting them for any future issues. And most definitely recommend The Good Mechanic as well.

angel castro This shop tried to overcharge me! I got the vehicle towed to their shop where they originally said to change a rear differential will only take four hours. Later on after the vehicle was towed to them, they told me they will take 8 1/2 hours! The only reason the time is a big factor is because they charge $150 an hour for any work they do in their shop meaning I will have to pay over $1200 for a job that will only take less than four hours. I know this because I spoke to several other shops where they told me this!

Thais Bogea My friend recommended the shop, I called before to see if they were busy for a walk in, it was early so they said I could pull up, no problem. I needed an oil change/tire rotation on my Honda Civic as well as to change one of my break lights. Richard, Fernando and Junior were all very friendly and I got serviced quickly, plus they answered a few questions I had on other minors issues with my car. Good and honest people!
