Gettel Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Service - Punta Gorda (FL)

2 /5 Jennifer Brown: I did not have a good service experience with Gettel Chrysler Dodge in Punta Gorda. They had my brand-new truck in for service for the digital odometer screen/electrical system for over a month. Over the phone confirmed the truck would be detailed before picking it up. It was dirty when they wanted to hand me the keys - literally had the truck over a month and giving it back to me dusty and dirty! It had stains on the bed of the truck. Had to wait over an hour for it to be washed, only for it to be returned still having the stain on the bed of the truck! The manager tried to clean it off himself. He did say they messed up but nothing he could do at that point - the service sucked, but it still was not a good experience. I did not feel that my $80,000 spent at that dealership was valued.

4 /5 Paul Zoecklein: John the service writer was fantastic. Once I got to John everything was very professional and handled very well, John gets 5 stars!! I made two different appointments online and neither one of them were on the dealers list of appointments. I even got a confirmation online that the appointment was set and confirmed. Besides that little hiccup everything was great.

5 /5 Amy Rola: Love love love this place. I hate buying cars everyone does but everyone at Gettel Jeep made it enjoyable. Huge thank you to James and Jordan for making it fun. And financing was easy to understand. The whole team was amazing and I will be sending all my family and friends to them!

5 /5 Constantine Manolas: Appointment made, dropped off the vehicle on time, vehicle checked in, processes of the specific repair explained - Warranty, vehicle completed a call for pick up in 4 hours. Pick up was easy, another associate in service, assisted with paperwork. Did NOT have to wait. That’s nice. Thank you, written by C S Manolas, James’ Father.

5 /5 Belkis Cepero: Caro was very nice and professional. She understood my problem and explained what to expect. She helped me getting transportation after I dropped off my car and called me when the car was ready for pick up and offered again although I didn’t needed it at that time. I had a great and smooth experience!
