5 /5 Becky Hildebrand: Terry was our guide and knew more about Pensacola than I did and hes not even from here. I went with a group of friends from work and we all enjoyed it. We did the Red Light District Tour which was super interesting. Our only advise would be to remove some of the racier parts of the video. Were no prudes, just a bit much & not necessary for the tour. Tour was a lot of fun and we all want to do another one! Great time.

The tour itself was packed with fascinating stories about the city’s eerie past, from ghostly tales tied to historic buildings and chilling details about the old St. Johns Cemetery. 5 /5 Newell Rand: Terry was an awesome tour guide. He said from the beginning his goal was to make all of us have fun. Well, he exceeded those expectations. He was very good at explaining where we were and what kind of haunting took place there. He was also very personable. The bus was cool especially having the tv screens so we could see the image of the place since the windows on the bus were not large. Overall, would highly recommend. Will probably do the hop on/off tour next time we are in Pensacola.

5 /5 Krystal Canales-Crespo: We had the chance to do the Hop-on Hop-off Tour and the Ghosts and Graveyard tour with our guide, Terry. They were both very informative and were a great way for my partner and I to fall in love with Pensacola! Lucky us, we got engaged the night before the tours, and then got to visit the Fleming Fountain where it happened during the hop-off part of the tour to take lots of pics. Terry was super nice, accommodating, and had the right attitude for the tours. There truly are a bunch of ghost stories in this city, which now we know was the first settlement in the USA! Thanks Terry, cause know we can correct people who say it was St Augustine lol. The Hop-on Hop-off Tour included a free entry to a bunch of historical places, like the museum of art, the children’s museum, a recreated 1805 kitchen house, the cemetery, and others.

5 /5 kimberly neto: This was a short but great tour of the historic end of Pensacola. Our guide was very well educated and super helpful and friendly. The only complaint I have is that we were looking forward to the old bus style ride. We were directed to their van for the tour. I feel that we didn’t get to ride on the older one due to the extreme heat at that time. A must do while in Pensacola

The Quina House Museum - Pensacola

Christy B: I was so humbled to hear my family history, and this is where my fathers family started and heard from my father growing up ,and telling our guide what my father told me to hear more about it . That my family was great friends with the Native Americans.And to visit with my cousins was awesome too. And to sign to book of who you are and so this is my family. And that the row how houses next to it was my family too. This is a must to see . After seeing the house and walking down the street, you feel like youre back in time.

Pensacola Aviation Discovery Park - Pensacola

Jim D: This park is a great place to watch planes. It is located at the crossroads of both runways making for a good vantage of all aircraft movements. The elevated viewing platform allows for an unobstructed view of the action. There is plenty of shade and playground equipment to keep everyone entertained. The only drawback is parking is difficult. The parking lot was filled and we were the only people in the park, appears the nearby flight school has overtaken the parking.

With interactive experiments in math, engineering, and science, it encourages learning through play. Friendly staff and creative activities make it a great stop, though older kids may want more advanced challenges.

Museum of Commerce - Pensacola

Tim: Have the museum rented for a welcome dinner forecourt car show. Interior of museum is set up like an old town. Outside is historic Pensacola with folks dressed in period clothing. Highly recommend visiting.

Crystal Ice House - Pensacola

Dear India Rose: A glimpse into what life was like for Floridians before people had home refrigeration and air conditioning. The ice house would sell blocks of ice to locals back in the 30s. The purchase was made through hand gestures, holding up fingers to suggest how much ice you wished to purchase. The hand signals are engraved into the stucco wall above the door. Unfortunately, there appears to be some deterioration to this building and it is fenced off with a chain link fence. Still worth a visit

Dorr House - Pensacola

Dr. Rosie Ann Riley: This house was built in 1871 by Mrs. Dorr after her husband and eldest son died in 1871. What I thought was very interesting was the photo designed with the hair of a dead loved one. This was common during this era. We were told that the kitchen and boys bedroom had been modernized because someone involved with house wanted to live in it. I forgot who and details. So we only saw sitting room, dining room and 2 bedrooms upstairs. The young woman who gave tour is also at the Museum of Agriculture. She is wearing dress from early 1800’s. This is a guided tour so go to Museum of Agriculture to find out times. We toured the church at 1pm then went to house after. I recommend visiting this house if in the area and like learning about Victorian era.

Fort Pickens - Pensacola Beach

Darius Vlad: You have to pay a entrance fee to get inside. But after you get in you have beautiful beaches and sand dunes up until you reach the fort. There will be a self guided tour, you can walk almost everywhere you want had have amazing sights and tunnels to explore (be aware that mose are dead ends and youll need to follow your steps back) but nonetheless the historical place is amazing to visit.

Chappie James Museum of Pensacola - Pensacola

Chris Hall: My family and I had the pleasure of visiting the Chappie James museum. It may be one of the best done and most educational museums I have been to. Despite its small size, the knowledge imparted by the guide was amazing and the hospitality displayed by the entire staff was second to none. I highly recommend visiting this museum if you live in or are visiting Pensacola.
