The x-ray technician the receptionist and Dr Toledo. I would definitely recommend this place if I could give higher star than five I would. If youre considering choosing this place for your dental needs I would highly, highly recommend.

He listens to you and takes very good care of you.Their Hygienist is so thorough, but very gentle and caring.im so glad they are my dental team.

I received a call, and even though I had connected a live interpreter, they told me I must bring an in-person translator to my appointment, or they would cancel it. Meanwhile, I have a swollen abscess, I’m pregnant, and my doctor from another office of the same network said the tooth must be extracted. The callers attitude was rude and unprofessional. I’ve been a patient of this network for several years, but this is the first time I’ve experienced something like this. I absolutely do not recommend this office! As far as I know, by law they do not have the right to deny me service based on language.

5 /5 Tonya Rutherford: Dr. Toledo did an amazing job extracting my wisdom teeth this past Monday! He along with his staff were very patient, considerate and made me feel really comfortable during this sensitive surgery. I cannot wait to go back for my follow up visit next month! If I could I would rate the office and staff 100/100!

Farrah Winant: I just had my first cleaning at River Oaks Dental. This was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office! My dental hygienist Rachel was amazing! She was extremely thorough and took ample time to capture initial photos, X-rays, scans, etc. I have not had this good of a cleaning in a long time. I transferred from another dentist and wish I wouldn’t have waited so long to transfer. I am already looking forward to my next visit. Dr. Monteiro was amazing as well. She is very caring and wants to make sure that my oral health is properly monitored considering my history. I have not received this level of concern at my previous provider. I felt very welcomed from the moment I made the appointment to just a few minutes ago when Rachel followed up with post appointment. This is a great group of professionals that handle everyone with kindness and humanity! I highly recommend River Oaks Dental for all of your dental needs!!

Dee Miller: This is an update to my last review. We still love our San Jose location. In fact, we went today. What incredible thing happened today?? They know my husband has Dementia..so they take EXTRA special care of him. Are super Super kind and patient. They come up with creative ways to help him understand what they need. The appointments take longer. They NEVER complain. Teresa, Dr. Chavis, Dr. Jung, Jeannette. The other lovely young lady up front with the long dark hair. Super sweet. Honestly..every single person there has been kind. I am so grateful. They provide dentistry from the heart. Highly Highly recommend ❣❣❣

But I would like to Thank Dr Connor, newest dentist to this office, who genuinely cared enough when I asked about a front tooth that was discolored and had a small crack. He replied " I can fix that" ..Well the following week I went in and he did a terrific job and I am so overwhelmed with the results. I can smile now with confidence. (My son is really shy in the beginning). The whole staff was very warm and professional, while also being funny and so nice. It was such a great experience, my son told me in the car he liked it here too. Its hard to get compliments from this kid, but he felt so relieved and was grateful for his experience. It was nothing like he was dreading. I would recommend this office to ANYONE looking for a dental appt. 5 stars!
