Always friendly, efficient, and professional. She makes every appointment seamless and as smooth as possible. If I could recommend her and this office to everyone, I absolutely would!
Greenberg Dental & Orthodontics - Jacksonville David Stanley: I had been going here for about 8 years. Dr. Bennett was worth the drive, even after I moved. He prioritized minimizing pain, both physical and financial. The new dentist, Dr. Soni, couldnt seem to care less about either. Have to replace a crown their office put in and then broke Themselves a year later? $500. No warnings for shots. And flossing so hard it literally pulled my head to the side repeatedly.
This office had a lot of 5 star reviews in the past. Expect to see a lot more 1s and 2s from now on.

Without hesitation I recommend his services. Lisa is his office manager and with decades of experience, she is a vital mechanism to their success....kudos to the entire staff...
Dr. S. K. Hanna & Associates - Jacksonville Joan Bartlett: This was my first visit. The entire staff was very personable and willing to help in every way. Callie was my hygienist and she did an amazing job. She kept me informed of what she was doing, and why. Dr. Bell was also very personable and knowledgeable, explaining everything I needed to know about my exam. Both of them were very thorough.

Aspen Dental - Jacksonville, FL (Shoppes at Southside) - Jacksonville Danei Prado: Dr. Wilbur is not only an excellent dentist, she is a ray of sunshine, a very kind and patient person. She always takes the time to explain my treatment options and answered all of my questions. I always feel comfortable and confident when Im in her care. If visits to the dentist are not your thing, you need to go see Dr. Wilbur. Her and her staff will change your mind about visits to the dentist and you will have a great experience!

Riverside Dental: Michael D. Spencer DDS - Jacksonville Alissa Searcy: Dr. Cross has wonderful bedside manner, and knowledge. Recently, Dr. Cross did a 3-tooth perm bridge procedure. The intense drilling was necessary, but it was tedious & long appts. I wish there was option of nitrous oxide, but its not available here. I have more drilling procedures ahead, and going to a provider who does offer nitrous oxide. Otherwise, I am very happy with the perm bridge. Dr. Cross is a great dentist and friendly person as well. I highly recommend him.
ASAP Total Dental Care - Jacksonville Nafije Durmishi: Mixed experience – good staff, but refund issues and hidden network details.
On 12/7/24, I visited ASAP Total Dental Care in severe pain. After an estimate of over $1,200 for four wisdom teeth, I decided to address just the one causing the most pain. To schedule the extraction for 12/10/24, I was required to pay a $314.25 "deposit" the same day.
Later that day (not even 2 hours later), I called my insurance and found out they were not in my network. While the estimate they gave me did include small print mentioning this possibility, it wasn’t communicated to me directly that I needed to verify it myself. I immediately canceled the appointment and requested a refund. The manager informed me that refunds are processed only once a month, which felt unreasonable given how quickly I acted. The refund was finally processed on 12/28/24. While I appreciate eventually getting my money back, waiting weeks for a refund is excessive.
I also requested the X-rays they took (covered by my insurance) for my new, in-network dentist. Despite several emails and a voicemail, I never received them and had to get new X-rays taken.
On the positive side, the office is clean, and the staff—including the front desk team, hygienists, and dentist—are kind and professional in person. Unfortunately, the lack of upfront communication about insurance and poor handling of refunds and record requests detracts from the overall experience.
If you go here, be sure to verify for yourself whether they’re in-network. They won’t tell you directly, but it’s in the fine print.
Harbour Dental Care - 103rd Street - Jacksonville Deidre Hester: I received AWESOME service. The staff is friendly, professional and compassionate beginning with the receptionist, to Dr. Patel, to Jayla and Felicia. My experience began and ended on the same note- GREAT!

Bartram Family Dental Care - Jacksonville Allison Prendergast: Julia was my dental hygienist and she was great! It was my first appointment and the staff made sure I was comfortable and they were very knowledgeable. The technology they use is also up to date! Definitely recommend.
