5 /5 karla gonzalvez: My first time going in there. I made an appt for my teenage son. He went from veryyyy nervous, anxious, to comfortable and smiling here and there. (My son is really shy in the beginning). The whole staff was very warm and professional, while also being funny and so nice. It was such a great experience, my son told me in the car he liked it here too. Its hard to get compliments from this kid, but he felt so relieved and was grateful for his experience. It was nothing like he was dreading. I would recommend this office to ANYONE looking for a dental appt. 5 stars!

5 /5 Ivory R: Jax Smiles was everything! From check-in to check out. Very clean, organized and staff were friendly! Everything was explained to me step by step during the office visit and I felt very comfortable. Dr Vera and assistant explained everything to me that was needed for treatment! I would definitely recommend this office!

Nicole at the front desk was excellent, the hygienist (I think Mirena?) was very thorough, and the doctor was exceptionally friendly. I felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend based on my experience.

I’m very cautious when going into dentist offices due to previous experiences at other dental places. But I was referred to Greenberg Dental by a friend who’s whole family goes here. Everyone here was friendly and knowledgable. And they showed great care during the procedure and tended to my tooth’s sensitivity. Filling feels nice. They were straight forward with pricing and as of right now everything works with my insurance so I’m very happy! I will update if anything changes in that regard

Dr. S. K. Hanna & Associates - Jacksonville Joan Bartlett: This was my first visit. The entire staff was very personable and willing to help in every way. Callie was my hygienist and she did an amazing job. She kept me informed of what she was doing, and why. Dr. Bell was also very personable and knowledgeable, explaining everything I needed to know about my exam. Both of them were very thorough. Love this top notch Family Dentistry Practice.
Aspen Dental - Jacksonville, FL (Shoppes at Southside) - Jacksonville Danei Prado: Dr. Wilbur is not only an excellent dentist, she is a ray of sunshine, a very kind and patient person. She always takes the time to explain my treatment options and answered all of my questions. I always feel comfortable and confident when Im in her care. If visits to the dentist are not your thing, you need to go see Dr. Wilbur. Her and her staff will change your mind about visits to the dentist and you will have a great experience! Chloe, the operations manager took time with me figuring out the best way to get my needs met including looking up my dental plan benefits and patiently explaining how everything works. Sandra is one of the most gentle and caring dental hygienist I have ever met!!! Everyone in that office is friendly, caring and just amazing!!!

Riverside Dental: Michael D. Spencer DDS - Jacksonville Geraldine Whitaker: My first experience with Riverside Dental was several years ago. I had a great experience with the team at that time. My situation at the time was not as major as it is today. The staff was great then. My problem is my own because I didnt follow up as I probably should have , and caused myself major issues. In spite of this when I had to come back, I received an excellent concerned evaluation of my situation. I was surprised to see Dr. Spencer. He referred that I see a Surgeon at UF Health, Dr. Fernandez. However, I was assigned to Dr. Caruso. I never saw him - just his assistants. That was not a pleasant encounter at all because I felt they could care less about resolving my issue because of my age and other reasons. When I reported back to Riverside, the team gave me a hopeful assessment. They all were great. Dr. Spencer even helped me get out of my car and into the building because I need Hip surgery too. The Surgeon evaluated my issue and gave me hope. Dr. Spencer stated that he was going to reach out to Dr. Fernandez again. Even the office staff was awesome. I would recommend Riverside Dental to anyone that will listen.
ASAP Total Dental Care - Jacksonville Richard Cole: 17Apr2025 Update ASAP dental earned my business in an emergency but has maintained it through their professionalism and kindness. The entire office - from front desk to the dentists are fantastic. Special thanks to Jaynae - the dental hygienist - she is absolutely wonderful! Dental emergencies can happen anytime but it doesn’t get much worse than Christmas weekend. I broke a front tooth at the gum line and thought I would just have to suffer through Christmas. I called multiple dental offices that claimed to handle emergencies on their websites to no avail until I called ASAP Dental. ASAP got me in that very afternoon and worked on my issue until almost 7pm. They gave me multiple options, expalained the pros and cons of each, and priced them all out so I could make the best decision for me. I walked out of there with a great solution to what turned out be be much more than just a broken tooth. Dr Shbeb and his assistant were fantastic. I even received a follow up call on Christmas Eve checking up on me. I couldn’t be happier with the whole process! Thank you to all involved!
