1 /5 Danette Miller: I had an appointment for a cleaning. I waited an hour. My cleaning was over in 10 minutes. The worst and roughest cleaning Ive ever had.

1 /5 Nana Nacier: I booked a cleaning two months ago just to get to the office early and on time and be told that I won’t be getting a cleaning since it’s late. For one, isn’t it common courtesy to let the person know ahead of time ? They completed my xray in 2 minutes and sent me home . My appt lasted a total of 15 minutes and was complete waste of my time.

1 /5 Sarah: The worst service I have ever had in my 40 years of going to a dentist. They gave me a cleaning that last hardly 5 minutes and when I told them how rude they were and that I would never come back and her response was "we have 1000s of patients", she was upset that I didnt want to purchase any extras or their products. I am appalled and so disgusted with the lack of professionalism. Save your time and money. This place is horrible

2 /5 Victoria Lightsey: I went to this location for about 2 years. I am simply giving them 2 stars due to how nice the staff is. In my 2 years of going there I have had major issues with my fillings breaking and having to go back. Fillings should not break for 10 years and I take very good care of my teeth. I had one cleaning done there and it was absolutely terrible. The gentleman was very rough, didnt even use toothpaste, just water, didnt clean out my permanent retainer, didnt pick out anything from my teeth, and the entire cleaning was maybe 10 mins max. I havent seen him since so maybe there was other complaints, I dont know. The last time I went in a few months ago, I was getting a filling repaired that was not done correctly the first time and when I was numbed the shot hit a nerve or something in my cheek and I have had issues with my jaw since. I have left this location and obtained a new dentist outside of Greenberg. All in all, their prices are decent for the work, but you get what you pay for. The staff is extremely nice and always helpful.
