5 /5 Travis Mills: We really enjoyed our time at Gulf World. Many really cool animals and neat experiences. Only negatives I would say is, it’s a little confusing finding your way to each spot and making it to each show/presentation of the animal exhibits. We enjoyed the birds, Petting stingrays, the penguin and sea turtle experience, but the dolphin show was definitely the best!

5 /5 Eedah Sarkeesian: Wow I highly recommend checking out the dolphin show it was pretty amazing, my husband and daughter did the dolphin experience and it was the best thing they did. The trainers were wonderful and the photographer also. Just to add when we first arrived I had lower expectation’s as the front reception didn’t seem the nicest and the outside section looked a little run down but don’t let the deter you the dolphin area was splendid and worth the visit

From start to finish, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel completely safe and welcome. The trainers gave clear instructions and took the time to answer all our questions, which helped ease any nerves we had. The highlight, of course, was swimming with the dolphins. We got to touch, play, and even ride on a dolphin — it was truly magical. The dolphins were gentle, well-cared for, and seemed to love interacting with us. It was obvious that the trainers have a deep bond with them and take excellent care of the animals. Everything was well-organized and ran smoothly, and the professional photos taken during the experience were beautiful keepsakes. This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I’d highly recommend to anyone visiting Panama City Beach!

4 /5 Lara Hansen: This was a fun place, the animals are rescued although they said some of the dolphins were born there which is disturbing as that is not rescuing, but they seem to have the animals life in the best of hands. I mean if you seek animal entertainment they cant all be rescued... all in all a good place I hope.

5 /5 Kelly Wurm: Those Ladies, the amount of time spent with each animal, cant leave them time for lives of their own! Such intricate maneuvers! It must take hours & hours every single day, over & over & over! The patience of saints! You really have to dedicate your life to work like this! AMAZING For the Humans as well as all the different species of Animals!

Cubby Caboose Mini Express - Panama City Beach Pamela B: A little something for the kiddos in Pier Park. It takes them for a short ride around the park, blowing bubbles. The "conductor" wasnt very interactive and kind of standoffish. Kids three feet and under must be accompanied by a paying adult. It is $11 for a ride. But my two little ones enjoyed it so I was happy.

Salty Fins Dolphin and Snorkeling Tours - Panama City Beach kylie hart: Best tours around! hunter was our driver and he took us to the best spots. we had an amazing time and already can’t wait to come back next year! we drove over an hour to come and it was well worth it! we saw dolphins, starfish, pretty little fish, sand dollars and sea urchins! we got to swim with all of them!

Panama City Beach Bonfires - Panama City Ashlei Bauer: Wonderful, wonderful end to our boat tour with Capt. Logan! He had everything set up for us… even s’mores we requested! We grabbed some pizza on the way to the bonfire and brought it to the beach…Logan even had a blue tooth speaker for some beach tunes! it was spectacular in every way!! 10/10 would book again!!

Joe Moody Harris Park - Panama City Rochelle Hamilton: Unfortunately the park is still in need of a complete overhaul due to Hurricane Michael. From the equipment I saw it looked like this was a great park till the storm. I saw a couple guys on bikes riding around staring at me the entire time I sat there in my truck looking for another park to go to. It made me feel really uncomfortable so I ended up driving somewhere else. One of them was going in the closed bathrooms with some of their bags so I’m sure it’s not a pretty site in there. I’m guessing this is now a hangout spot for the homeless. Don’t get me wrong I have nothing against homeless people especially here in Panama City with what happened. However without the city doing any clean up at this park and people continuing to use it will just make it go even more downhill. I hope the city can get more help to those in need and get this place back up to what it once was.

Big Shoals Wildlife Management Area - Zone B - White Springs Jay: Beautiful sight. Such a nice experience to have in Florida. We all loved it. I would say round trip is over 2 miles for the Big Shoals trail. Not an easy trip for someone who has mobility issues. Going up inclines on way back. Lots of roots. We had a time limit so these things were more noticeable when in a hurry. Very glad we made the trip though.

Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings Historic State Park - Cross Creek Carolyn Barnes: I find the park to have great "Old Florida" charm through the Interpretive tours of the farms history. The stories of the local Florida Crackers of a Century ago, and the Author, Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings, who adopted the area as inspiration to her writing, are amusing, illuminating of the period, and sometimes startling. The docents dressed in period clothing add a 1940s feeling of stepping back in time. Well worth an hour or two of your time.

Carson Springs Wildlife Conservation Foundation - Waldo Jordan Malecki: An amazing place for people of all ages!! Our tour guide, Mia, was great to have on our Valentine’s Day tour! You can tell they genuinely care for the animals there. Along with the conservation of these magnificent creatures. I would recommend everyone to tour here at least one, and maybe consider sponsoring some animals or donating!

Camp Blanding Museum - Starke Eizu Fredrickson: A small but packed museum focused on the role that Camp Blanding played during WWII. The guide was very welcoming and well-informed about the history of the place. Free entrance, although a donation is recommended. The building and outdoor displays are all outside of the military base, so you dont need to go through the gate for this experience. After youve been through the museum, there are several historical military vehicles on display outside, on both sides of the street.

Mike Roess Gold Head Branch State Park - Keystone Heights Brenda Elmquist: 1st time here recently. Stayed at a CCC cabin. Price was good, they are old but had everything we needed. They were Lakefront, but NOT like the pictures! Due to much overgrowth of bushes, etc. to prevent views of water ! The cabin needs a thorough cleaning! There were bits of food in kitchen sink drain- some blinds are broken, need replacing. Areas around baseboards, behind bathroom sink,etc.havent been cleaned in long time. A dollar tree air freshener (strong, weird smell) was stuck in kitchen w/ window open to soften the smell, on our arrival. A fresh coat of paint would go a long way, on doors, wood chairs on porch, porch wood, etc..No TV’s in cabins, very QUIET so go for that and read & relax! Trails around were nice (Ridge, & Mill trail, tho there ISNT a Mill! 1 st sign needs replacing stating that, you don’t know til we’ll into the trail when you see a sign that is still visible). )The Recreation area is nice,hardly anyone there (weekday). Drove the campground, one loop is nice w/ shaded lots,(Lakeview Loop tho there really isn’t a lake view?) the other Loop isn’t nice, with little shade, etc..They say it’s busy on wknds.Keystone heights is close enough to enjoy restaurants, some shopping, etc.. If we went again we would pay more & get the more modern cabin, or largest cabins, still priced well.
