From the way she greets me to the last detail on my facial treatment, she does everything just right! Not only I leave the place prettier, but more relaxed and feeling good. Everyone I go to thread my brows always make me cry, but my experience with Sofia was completely different. She was so gentle when threading my brows. She was very friendly and smiled often. Very nice and inviting lady. 10/10 recommend Sofia for threading.

She told my friend and I about products we could use for our hair for health, vitality, and growth. She did my hair just like the photo I showed her and it came out great. She said I had an oval face so the haircut accentuated it. She used a heat protectant before blowdrying and straightening my hair. She also did an amazing job on my friends hair. Hes never straightened it before and it looked completely different when she finished. Ive never seen his hair look so nice in the 13 years Ive known him. She took six inches off his hair too since he had so much breakage. Would definitely come back

When we first moved to Jacksonville it was hard to find a professional hair dresser that actually knew how to handle hair and property process, style and cut it. You never leave her salon with a wet hair. She walkways washes and dries and styles your heart without charging exorbitant prices. I am not a natural blonde, I am a brunette and I go every couple of months for a highlight.
