Ulta Beauty - MelbourneRosa Quintero: Somehow my email was changed and I couldn’t get into my account. I called and they said I had to go into the start and show my ID. That’s all good, I can understand that. I get to the store, wait in line to speak to the girl at the register and she explains she doesn’t know what to do. She states she has to call a manager. The girl was super nice and at this point I was still okay. The problem was the fact that I waited 1/2 hour before I decided to just leave because the manager never came out and the girl at the register kept calling and saying there is a customer that needs help but no one came.

Every time I walk out, I’m obsessed with my hair. She does an incredible job with my highlights, any fashion colors I decide to do on a whim, and all major hair cut changes I make!
Also, and almost more importantly, the vibes are perfect. Melissa’s salon is not only beautiful, it’s a warm and welcoming safe space. I look forward to every appointment because I know I’ll walk out with beautiful hair, and feeling like I had a full therapy session. Would recommend 1000/10

Caroline cut my hair, and I love how it looks. Im growing out my hair and currently in that weird transition between short and long hair. She made me look good. The other stylist was awesome. She said hello with a huge smile on her face. All the ladies were bright and cheery. My permanent go-to spot from now on.
