1 /5 Family Rodriguez: I had been a patient here for some time. I moved away from the area but I still would make the drive to go here because I liked the dentist, the dental assistants, and hygienists. They all did a great job when I would go. However, I recently had pain in my gum area near a tooth and I called for an appointment. I was very disappointed when I was told that they couldn’t see me because they no longer accepted my insurance. I asked when did this change occur, I was told 2 weeks ago. I would think that being a patient here and having then even create a dental plan to be followed up, I would have received some type of notification letting me know they no longer accepted my insurance. The professional and courteous thing to do would’ve been to notify patients by email, mail, or a text message. Yet, they did none of these. Instead they said “sorry we can’t see you”
and it was during the end of the year (holidays) which made it harder to find a dentist and change it with my insurance. Thankfully, I found a dentist who would see me. I’m done with this office and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If that’s how they treat established patients don’t expect better treatment as a new one.
