5 /5 Mary Bales: I waited to write a review until I had several visits and quite a bit of work done so I could summarize the whole experience.
First of all I had scheduled a consultation, the plan was to pull one tooth, put crowns on two teeth, and set up for two implants.
Shae prepared a payment plan for all work that was to be scheduled. Not only is she extremely professional but she is down to earth and explains every aspect of billing to you.
I set an appointment to have my teeth cleaned and the cleaning went very well. The hygienist explained the process of what she was doing as she went along. Very nice young lady.
The next appointment was scheduled and I had a very difficult tooth removal, since my mouth is very small it made it even more difficult. On the same appointment they put the implant screw in my jaw, drilled two teeth down and put temporary crowns on them. It was a lot of work. Dr. Mike persevered and completed all the work. The assistant Tiffany was wonderful. She was very attentive and definitely knows her job.
I had an issue with the healing plate coming out of the implant and one of the temporary crowns coming off but it was quickly resolved when I called, the staff got me in quickly to fix it. My permanent crowns were placed and are secure and good. Dr Alvarez is a very pleasant and professional Dr. He does his work well and is gentle while working in your mouth. I have been to Dentist that dont care if your lip is pinched or if they are rough.
My mouth is healing well and Ill be getting the first implant completed int the next couple of months. The second one will be done soon as well.
Overall, all the staff are wonderful. ( It seems as if they went to customer service training )!!! No, I think they are all very caring people and want to give you the best service they can.
