5 /5 Maryann Merrill: I had a very good experience the other night in ER. The check in was super easy and we were taken back right away. The nursing staff and Dr were very professional. They were genuine in the compassion and care given. They listened to what we were saying and asked questions. They didnt try to run any unnecessary tests and addressed all our concerns. I wish I remembered the doctors name as she was the best doctor Ive seen in years. I want to also mention nurse Mel B and her coworker, they showed a lot of compassion and i felt they genuinely cared. I will definitely go back.

5 /5 Bud Bowley: I was very surprised! I had never been to citrus Hospital, but I heard stories that did not paint a very good picture I guess the stories I heard were about the old hospital. My experience was excellent! From pre admission, lab work,scheduling, pre op, procedure, recovery, discharge, billing and follow up everything was perfect. From start to finish everything was on time and ran smoothly. That being said, I pray I never have to go there again. But if I do I am confident it will be a good experience.

5 /5 Jerry Leinsing: We live 25 miles away in Wildwood. Did a test drive the day before because of early appointment. The drive is easy but finding the Admin front door (using GPS) for the hospital was a challenge because that entrance looks like going into the boiler room. But once inside, it was a different and enjoyable experience. People were nice and welcoming. Had battery of tests and hand-offs from one test to the other. We did need to keep on top of things to make sure everything was lined up. Technicians seemed proficient and made sure we understood everything happening. Waiting on still another step in the process before all the tests are in for the decision makers. Worth the trip to get this level of confidence.

5 /5 Shawn Dean: So far 2 surgeries at your hospital with Dr Carmain as my surgeon have been great! At least as far as "needing a surgery" goes! The doctors and staff across the board have been wonderful! Even the patient who was my roommate for 1 night was just a pleasant experience! The pre-op staff and doctors and nurses at that office were pleasant and expedient!

2 /5 Doris Posey: ER deserves 5 stars. Hospital — lacking in organization, proper patient care, time management. Over 24 hours to get “order” for everyday necessary meds. Was admitted for MRI - but no MRI order????? Waited over 24 hours for discharge order that had already been signed. Very disappointed with whole experience. Just very thankful my husband wasn’t critically ill
