5 /5 Antonella Lavoile: Had an appointment for my first mammogram at this location. Everyone was professional, the lady who took care of me was Lisa , she was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable to continue with the process. I would definitely recommend this place for your MRI, screenings or X-rays. Looking forward to come back next year.

1 /5 Tuesday Brown: Gone there several times over the years havent been since they changed names. Went a month ago for a ultrasound was told I could pay my portion up front and save money. Just received a bill for 75$ with no explanation for what it is for asked a facility because I had another appt for a different test told the same pay up front save money. Checked my insurance and noticed this place has a separate bill for them to read it. Then noticed Bill says Hospital Outpatient. Beware will be going elsewhere in the future. Will avoid hospital imaging.

4 /5 debra saxon: The person who did my imaging was very professional. The lady who checked me in today was not very welcoming or friendly. She told me I was late right off. I told her when I called to make this appointment I was given 7:30 as a time. When I received the automated appointment reminder it said 7-8. I was there at 7am. Not sure what is going on with the appointment scheduling but no one told me 6:45. Maybe she’s not the right person to be greeting patients. I work in healthcare myself and I never would have been so aloof.

Island Doctors - Lake City Miguel A. Rodriguez: Do not recommend them. My dad has been waiting for approval for 2 MRIs that were requested by a neurologist since April 2024. The doctors only approved one. We had to get a second order for the original MRI from the neurologist and delivered it physically because the original was never approved when sent via fax. Now come to find out theyre not approving it because he hasnt been seen by primary. Mt question now is: why did the primary office approve one and not the other since the original request? Why approve one and not the other, especially when a neurologist is concerned about a serious health condition?

Ernest De Leon, MD - Lake City Mary Mccann: Their great!! On time, Dr. deleon did a great job of informing me of my blood test and results. He seemed pleased with my results. I was very informed! Staff is great! Kim is great on the phone! Overall i was very satisfied with my visit!!

HCA Florida Lake City Primary Care - Lake City Miriam Cartagena: Love my primary care doctor, nurses, employees and facility. There hasn’t been a time when I needed to see Dr. De Leon when I haven’t been squeezed in to see him. Or if I needed a prescription called in it was done in a fast timely manner. I’m very satisfied and happy.

Dr. Guy S. Strauss, DO - Lake City John Cathy: Very upset with this office! I went today for my annual appointment to be told “your appointment was canceled.” Receptionist said “they called you 3 times to let you know.” I replied “No, I have had no messages from this Clinic.” The receptionist verified the phone number then asked “is your voicemail full?” No, my voicemail is not full and I got NO voicemail from this clinic. I missed 5 hours of work and had nothing to eat for over 14 hours (for labs) for NOTHING.

Lake City VA Medical Center - Lake City Amanda McMahel: I wish this was my local VA. I had to drive an hour to this location due to the extent of my suffering but it was worth it for the care I received. The staff is exceptional. Friendly and welcoming. They listened to me and did their best to make me feel better. Hope they know how much I appreciate them. 10/10, A++, Love u guys.

Wolfson Childrens Specialty Center - Columbia County - Lake City Brittany Robinson: I love how quickly the problem is identified and corrections are made. Its kinda hard for my son to pay attention and the activities they do and making him feel comfortable is super effective. Our therapist is so kind. As I walk through the halls some kids cry from panicking but every therapist there kept a smile and try hard to keep interacting with their patients. All positive environment.

Columbia Animal Hospital - Lake City Jim Moore: Took Jack for his annual, good report other than being told to lose a pound or 3. Think Ive received the same advice. Quick efficient visit, everyone very pleasant with a smile.

Dr Randolph takes time when seeing patients asking pertinent questions to determine the best coarse of action required . The staff is pleasant and helpful . Waiting time to see the doctor is usually less than ten minutes.Waiting time for an appointment is not more than a week usually and for urgent issues they can usually get you in fairly quickly .

Columbia Eye Associates & Family Focus Eye Care - Lake City Denise Wolfe: I walked in in a panic with pieces for one pair and backup glasses hanging by a thread. I left with a functional and well fitted pair of glasses and an order for new pair. Thank you so much. Eyeglass ladies are great. Im picking up new glasses next week so Ill share again.

HCA Florida Treasure Coast Medical Specialists - Primary Care - Okeechobee Jose Nunya: Dr. Ricketts is by far the best Primary Care Physician I have ever had. She really takes the time to examine me and ask me about any and all concerns I may have. She is the most competent of all of the doctors Ive had in Okeechobee and would recommend her to ANYONE! The nurses are also very knowledgeable and competent which means a lot to me. I also use the mobile app to keep up with appointments and medications and even get my lab results without having to walk into the office. Great job team!! Abby is a breath of fresh air and so is Lindsey and the other girls. Thank you so much for all that you have done and will do for me.
