1 /5 Trinity Roberts: I’ve brought my granny here 3 times now because she needs new glasses. She’s been seen twice, each time we had to wait 3+ hours after her appointment time (which we’ve always been 15+ minutes early for). We waited 2 hours after her appointment time today before asking what was taking so long, the receptionist told us “there are still people who had appointments at 9 that haven’t been seen” it was 11:45 at that time. Idk if they’re just ver booking patients or if the doctors are just impossible to keep on track. I understand emergencies but waiting HOURS when you have an appointment is crazy to me. My granny never even got a new prescription for glasses after two appointments so every trip we made up there was wasted.

2 /5 April Lynn: They are very slow. Brought my Mom in 15 minutes early and she has currently been in the office for 2 hours and still counting. Hardly anyone in the waiting room. Bathrooms are filthy with trash overflowing as the ladies just sit behind the desk giggling at one another. Hoping the Doctor is better than the office.

5 /5 Cindy: Dr. Bodendorfer was an excellent doctor. He was able to avoid my scheduled cataract surgery by helped me realize my problem could be solved with a contact lens. Thank you very much. He was also very attuned to my needs and did not rush visit.

1 /5 Dennis Muter: As the Mrs.of a patient...I was shocked to find they had a software glitch that was giving out wrong prescriptions since October of 2024 and never contacted by any method to correct error.So many folks have had glasses made incorrectly and wasted valuable resources.Mistakes happen. It is how you take action that speaks to your character .To me it says C.Y.A.Very creepy.Shelley Muter. Update...they charged 25 dollars to reissue correct prescription with a promise to refund it....no refund.

Lake Butler Hospital - Lake Butler Jackie Lowe: Excellent Excellent!! My Mom started getting sick and hospitalized in 2022 and it was hard to navigate. She was put in a rehab after hospitalization in fleming island where she was completely neglected. When I brought her home she threw a PE (blood clot in lung) because she had probably been left in the bed too long. I have to work a lot but checked in on her. I was told by the locals to take her to Lake Butler Hospital...what a major difference in care. I can actually leave and know she is being looked after. They exercise her, bath her, her room is super clean with bird feeder outside and a huge window. Has room to herself. Staff is excellent. It is short term ...she has been there twice. The first time she was so sick I know they saved her life. I couldnt recommend this facility more.

Palms Medical Group - Lake City West - Lake City Patricia Coleman: I felt very comfortable here at Palms. I had to change Doctors after my insurance changed. Im very pleased with the change. The doctors are all very outstanding and have great attitudes . always clean and the playground keeps them busy while waiting. The receptionist is always awesome . Fresenius Medical Care at Lake City Medical Center - Lake City Lena M W: While driving back home from vacation, one member of our party started experiencing severe (almost debilitating) back pain. Unsure of what to do and where to go, I called Fresenius Medical Care since it was the closest ER to where we were in our trip. The staff was friendly and said to come on in to be seen. Upon arrival, the front desk lady only took 2 minutes to get our information. I asked how long it would take (since I noticed about 10 people in the waiting room) and she said maybe a minute or two. ((Really?)). But she was correct, because before we found a seat our member was being called back. Very impressive. In a matter of 30 minutes, we were in, out, and on our way. He was given some pain meds and the staff was so friendly that they gave him some graham crackers too since the meds were not to be taken on an empty stomach. Never have I had or heard of service that quick from an ER or Medical Center!! We saved this in our GPS since we travel from North FL to South FL often. Hopefully, we wont have to use it again, but if we do, this will be our number 1 choice. Thanks so much to the staff at Fresenius -- you made our detoured trip back home, manageable and less stressful!!

Baya Urgent Care - Lake City logan Witt: I was there at 3:46 and was there until I left myself at 5:28 and they had me waiting in the back for an hour just for me to go out of the room to show I’m still there and then the rude as can be male nurse for this night shift was rude and gave me an attitude telling me the test I went there for takes three days when it has been instant as it should be so it can be treated right away and properly. They were all back there laughing and cutting up with other patients and making wait time longer for everyone else there especially by keeping me back there for over an hour when my test wouldn’t be back for three days as they say and that I’d be called back in 3 days. I told him so you made me wait over an hour for something I can’t even see the results of in the same day and then gives me the worst attitude and was saying well it’s not instant, I’ve never seen someone so unprofessional and downright righteous in some way of keeping me there for so long just for me to get told that’s not how this works with his hands on his hips,raising his eyebrows, being kinda whiny towards me that I was even questioning of why I was left for over an hour when he and the lady who took my vitals could’ve already told me that and not make me wait an hour to not even get treated the same day and then to get a nurse who just wants to go home and mad they have to do their job. He said he could treat me now but if he doesn’t know what I have he’s just giving me medication for anything at that point. It’s URGENTLY done in all urgent cares (except for this one for some reason) and medical facilities. I walked out telling him he’s not gonna talk to me like that and then he tried being nicer and since could just give me whatever he felt would be okay without even knowing what I had which could cause more damage than good.

DeSoto Memorial Hospital DMH - Arcadia Christine Ballewske: Had emergency surgery there with Dr.Fiorucci, he was wonderful as well as all, but 2 staff members, an older nurse in the ER, she was down right mean and I was in EXTREME PAIN! She kept telling me to knock off my moaning, said that she would tell the doctor not to come into evaluate me if I kept crying, I didn’t… I had a perforated ulcer, and could have died!! I had one baaaadddd cleaning crew, but every nurse, doctor and physician assistants were wonderful!

Tri County Primary Care - Cross City Gabe Kemp: This clinic has poor management and when I requested medical records 4x, they never sent to my new primary doctor. I had tests done, doctor has not consulted me yet since November and now its March. Waiting to be seen takes 2 or more hours. This is a small clinic.

North Florida Medical - Cross City - Cross City Justine Stillman: I really really enjoy having Kelly Dee as my Primary Physician. She’s really on top of things and so very kind. All the staff here is so nice. Thank y’all for making my experience so positive. Y’all are the best! Southern hospitality at its finest. God bless. :)
