She saw me within 10 / 15 min. My dr. Is Marla Poole, she is a blessing to me and I sure to anyone else in her patient list. She is always ready to answer questions and listen. Wonderful beside manner. If you want a smart dr. That is attentive . Go see her. She won’t tell you to google any questions you my ask. I feel much respect for her.

5 /5 Karen Snelgrove: The wait is never long! The front desk woman are welcoming and pleasant. They have a unique way of getting you to do paperwork, without it seeming like a pain! My Dr. never rushes me, she listens & puts herself in your shoes. She encourages you to do the things that you have no interest in doing! Her nurse works very hard to set up your appointment & F/U with all the referrals, like fast! And finally the women that check you out, work with you for your next appointment. They allow you to speak in reference to your co-payment, and are very willing to help you with any financial arrangements. Not to mention theyre always pleasant!

Finally! A doctor who not only listens, but who actually hears what the patient is saying. Caring, compassionate, and totally professional. Highly recommended.

5 /5 j holme: I love my Nurse Practitioner ❤️. She listens, she is compassionate, and I never habe a problem getting an appointment, or a long wait time in the lobby. The medical assistants are wonderful. The front desk could be a little more discreet, and a lot more friendly Everyone in the lobby hears your business, and everyone in line to check out hears the rest of your business, including financial, and sensitive information like birthdates etc.

Jose Nunya: Dr. Ricketts is by far the best Primary Care Physician I have ever had. She really takes the time to examine me and ask me about any and all concerns I may have. She is the most competent of all of the doctors Ive had in Okeechobee and would recommend her to ANYONE! The nurses are also very knowledgeable and competent which means a lot to me. I also use the mobile app to keep up with appointments and medications and even get my lab results without having to walk into the office. Great job team!! Abby is a breath of fresh air and so is Lindsey and the other girls. Thank you so much for all that you have done and will do for me.

Jackie Lowe: Excellent Excellent!! My Mom started getting sick and hospitalized in 2022 and it was hard to navigate. She was put in a rehab after hospitalization in fleming island where she was completely neglected. When I brought her home she threw a PE (blood clot in lung) because she had probably been left in the bed too long. I have to work a lot but checked in on her. I was told by the locals to take her to Lake Butler Hospital...what a major difference in care. I can actually leave and know she is being looked after. They exercise her, bath her, her room is super clean with bird feeder outside and a huge window. Has room to herself. Staff is excellent. It is short term ...she has been there twice. The first time she was so sick I know they saved her life. I couldnt recommend this facility more.

Lena M W: While driving back home from vacation, one member of our party started experiencing severe (almost debilitating) back pain. Unsure of what to do and where to go, I called Fresenius Medical Care since it was the closest ER to where we were in our trip. The staff was friendly and said to come on in to be seen. Upon arrival, the front desk lady only took 2 minutes to get our information. I asked how long it would take (since I noticed about 10 people in the waiting room) and she said maybe a minute or two. ((Really?)). But she was correct, because before we found a seat our member was being called back. Very impressive. In a matter of 30 minutes, we were in, out, and on our way. He was given some pain meds and the staff was so friendly that they gave him some graham crackers too since the meds were not to be taken on an empty stomach. Never have I had or heard of service that quick from an ER or Medical Center!! We saved this in our GPS since we travel from North FL to South FL often. Hopefully, we wont have to use it again, but if we do, this will be our number 1 choice. Thanks so much to the staff at Fresenius -- you made our detoured trip back home, manageable and less stressful!!
