Dr. Bernstein was great and Kyle who I believe was a PA was also wonderful and Wendy who checked us out was a riot. The person that was seen in the emergency room had never been to an emergency room ever and was quite impressed

5 /5 Claudia Hacker: This is the place to go if you think you might need more advanced testing than an Urgent Care can provide. I was seen within 5 minutes and within 20 had a chest x-ray, CT SCAN, blood work, EKG etc. They are very professional, caring and go beyond what my experience is with ERs.

3 /5 John C. Gale: Well the ER was good and pretty quick to get me in and settled. Doctors and nurses were very good. But the food was not that good. I had to make sure I ordered it .As far As being clean , not good . On the 11 days I was there my sheets were changed twice. They left me cleaning pads to clean myself 5 or 6 times. The floor was covered with the tips of the syringes, little plastic pieces. They emptied the trash. But did very little cleaning. That was on floor three. When I was on floor five, they cleaned everything. That cleaning lady was very good. Dont know what happened when you moved down to floors. And you would think where I had MRSA. They would make sure that place was clean as a whistle and it wasnt.

5 /5 debralhansen: I had to take my husband to the ER. We used HCA Sarasota Doctors Hospital. I pulled up to the entrance and went in to request help to bring him in. Jennifer (RN) heard me tell the volunteer, and she immediately went into high gear to assist. He was throwing up, and she calmly worked with him. Before he was even out of the car she contacted inside to have a room ready for him. Being a nurse takes a special person. You are handling peoples lives and then also need to handle all different types of personalitys. Jennifer didnt stop assisting patients, and the best part. Even if they were not assigned to her she went out of her way to help them. Her 12 hr shift was over and my husband who has a very strong personality had a question. With all her personal belongings in hand to leave she stopped to answer his question. Jennifer needs to be recognized for being professional, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and her meticulous appearance. She has it all put together. Thank you. Debra and Bob Hansen

MD Now Urgent Care - Jensen Beach - Jensen Beach Greg Gelow: We couldn’t be more pleased. This is the second time we have used this facility. The first time was for my grandson last year and we were very pleased with the doctors and the staff. They’re checking him out for a cold or flu or fever. This time we went in there for my wife who had a nasty cough. I called and made an advanced reservation. Got over there and within a few minutes was taken in for our appointment. Dr. Bailey did a quick exam prescribed two prescriptions and also let us know to come back if she didn’t get better in four days. Today is the fourth day and she is getting better. We don’t have doctors here and we were visiting for two weeks. I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service and the quick diagnostics. we were back in our house within an hour. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is super clean and the two doctors we have seen there were competent and helped us. Thank you.

Weisberg Richard DO - Stuart Bryan Johnson: I had one of the worse experiences in a doctors office with NP Jennifer. She argued with me because I had two forms of health insurance (totally legig, its called secondary insurance). She then argued with me about needing a transplant coordinator before I can get a referral to a cardiologist and get a colonoscopy. So, I called Fresenius Kidney Care and my Nephrologist and they both confirmed that I need to be cleared by a cardiologist and get a colonoscopy before I meet with a transplant coodinator. Jennifer is a know-it-all but really doesnt know it all. She also never asked how I was feeling or showed any compassion. I had a much more positive experience with a nurse at Cleveland Clinic who was just giving me a pre-surgical check than I got with Jennifer. Jennifer all but kicked me out of the office and told me to come back in 6 weeks, further delaying my clearance for the transplant list. I ended up just doing a tele-health appointment and getting both referrals.

Darryl Cannady II, MD - Stuart Stephanie Wesco: Dr. Cannady is the first orthopedic surgeon that hasn’t rejected a surgery for me. Other Dr’s made me feel hopeless. He takes his time and is easy to talk to. Dr. Cannady has performed 2 hip replacements and 2 knee replacements in one year on my mom. They all went without an issue. For such large incisions, the scarring healed beautifully in a short period of time. I’m actually excited to get my surgery seeing the results of his work.

FastCare Urgent Care - Miami Beach Aishan Gonaduwa: I cut my elbow while on vacation in Miami. The cut is tiny but very deep so the bleeding wouldn’t stop. I went to fastcare and got stitches and received great care immediately.

Jackson North Medical Center - North Miami Beach Yuna Lopez: If I could give 0 stars I would. My mother was brought to the emergency room despite telling EMTs that shell be left to suffer due to experience and oh my God. It was such an awful experience. She suffered for hours with pain. The nurse who drew blood didnt listen to my mother when she told them that her left arm was the good arm to use and decided to draw blood where they wanted. They couldnt find the vein and kept moving the needle around until they had to use the other arm, her good arm. Her arm is badly bruised and swollen at the injection site. They literally hurt her because they couldnt be bothered to listen to her. Next, the "doctor" came in and refused to give my mother the medication she needed to help her manage the pain, so after 15 minutes, she was in agony again. Another "doctor" came in to see her, said her CT was normal so she was being discharged despite still being in pain still and told her "I cant give you any more medication, sorry" after only giving her ONE dose that only lasted 15 minutes because both doctors refused to give her the medication she needed despite being told what medication worked and needed. If you have an emergency, DO NOT come here. The staff will NOT listen to you and do what they want even when you advocate for yourself. They will leave you looking like you got assaulted because they are ruthless when handling patients. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Miami Beach Urgent Care - Miami Beach tara carrillo: We were in Miami on a family vacation and one of my daughters came down with strep. When the CVS urgent care next to our hotel was booked we found this urgent care and are so grateful we did. We had an amazing experience and did not have to catch an addition uber to a pharmacy to get her RX and other helpful meds because it was in house. We were in and out and back with our family when family vacation time is so valuable. 10/10 recommend.
