5 /5 Carol R Andrews: After nearly 13 years being Dr Rao’s patient, I can highly recommend him his services. I only thought negatively is the wait time and then is usually caused By Dr Rao being on call at the hospital when he has left to go to his office for us, he seemed very tired, but working on adrenaline yesterday when I saw him, I have written a review before and he is top-notch, but he had a lot of responsibility and a lot of people wanting his attention at one time. I feel compassion for the man. He is a wonderful doctor or I wouldn’t be going to him after all these years.

3 /5 Alison Colvard: Receptionist was on the phone for a very long time with two patients waiting to check in standing in front of her. I finally stepped forward and asked for our paperwork to fill out so it did not hold us up from being seen. Seemed like double paperwork from what we filled out on line versus some of what we also had to do in the office. Very cut and dry on do paperwork on line or dont even get an appointment. Seemed insensitive. Otherwise was ok.

1 /5 Dave Hofma: I had a 4:00 appointment time, arrived 20 minutes early, checked in, paid my copay, and sat down. I sat in the waiting room for 90 minutes until the Front Desk lady asked who I was waiting for. They had forgotten me. My results were good, but this experience was anything but good. Train the Front Desk staff!

5 /5 Laurian Jennings: The places and staff is amazing. The only complaint I have is I cant ever get the staff to call me back on important issues. Im not understanding how difficult this is and why. But besides that, their Drs and nurse practitioner Jennifer, are the best around for sure.

I was given several doctors to choose from to perform the necessary procedure but because he did the same surgery for two family members and did such a good job with theirs I really didn’t want anyone else to do it. My recovery has been great without complications because of his years of experience. I would highly recommend anybody needing surgery that looks up Dr. Zambos to choose him as well. John Milks: Had my first appointment with my new primary care physician Dr Holmes. I arrived checked in buy a very professional receptionist and was taken back by the nurse that was very friendly, personable and professional. Dr Holmes was very detailed and spent plenty of time to understand all my medical issues. When I was leaving both his nurse and Dr Holmes assisted me out to my vehicle and even loaded my wheelchair into my vehicle for me. In all my years of going to medical providers I never encountered a medical team that treated me like a human and spoke to me with dignity and respect. Just amazing its all I can say just amazing. Jesse Lengefeld: I brought two of my kids to the office both tested positive for the flu. Two days later my other child came down with the flu as well. I called the office to have a doctor write another Tamiflu script but was denied the medicine unless I brought my child there to be observed. Unfortunately this office can’t use common sense and just wants to bill your insurance again. I took her to an urgent care and they said they didn’t have to test her based on her symptoms, I had them do it anyway and she of course was positive.

linda halbritter: I see Dr. Bataille in the Port St. John office. He and his staff go out of their way to make you feel safe and comfortable. I have several painful conditions due to a serious car accident, and I feel confident allowing Dr. Bataille to inject a needle in my neck, shoulder or knees. As much as I dont like it, they go out of their way to keep me calm. Yes, they work for a big corporation and occasionally they might be short staffed, but it is well worth any inconvenience to receive great health care. I highly recommend Dr. Bataille and his staff.
