  • Jackson Hospital - Marianna Tawnya Hamilton: Nurses talk about patients openly and loudly. I knew way too much about my ER neighbor. Wanted to discharge me even though my symptoms persisted. I left still ill and went to another hospital for help. They obviously just wanted my bed because the waiting room was filling up. Had no intentions of actually helping me and figuring out what was wrong. Told them at least 7 times what medication I was on. Ended up being diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism at the next hospital.
TMH Physician Partners - Primary Care in Monticello - Monticello MacKenzie Fraser: Dr.Deem & his staff are wonderful! always running on time in our experience… we have never enjoyed a doctor more!! his strong belief in parental rights is what drew us in & their service keeps us happy!! THANK YOU!!
North Florida Medical - Mayo - Mayo Cathy Crossman: Amazing Team! These folks are impressive. I’m comfortable starting this is the most pleasant medical practice with which I have ever worked or have received care. They are exceptionally professional and thorough, yet are warm, caring and welcoming. You won’t be disappointed here…
Lafayette Nursing and Rehabilitation - Mayo Ricky Downing: This is without a doubt the best facility we have ever had to deal with. Both of my parents have stayed here before and we are more than pleased with the care they have received. My daddy passed yesterday while in palliative care here. My family and I can not get over how well the staff took care of him during his last days here. There’s a difference between caring for someone as a job, and genuinely caring for someone. These ladies genuinely care for their patients. Misty, Calyn, Ella, Layne, Ashton, and Kenzie… we can never repay you enough. May God bless you all tremendously for your wonderful service.
River Valley Medical Center - Mayo
Lafayette County Health Department - Mayo Heidi Imhof: I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Jenkins. We needed a lot of help and information about getting a septic system. His immense knowledge and willingness to educate and help us every step of the way was above and beyond what we expected. He was great at communicating with us through the whole process. He took his time and always answered all our questions. He’s just a very genuine great person and very thankful for his help!
Doctors Memorial Family Medicine - Mayo Michele Cook: I brought both my kids in today ages 1.5 and 3. The staff is so friendly and helpful. It’s not easy to go to appointments with two toddlers, but the staff here always make our visit very pleasant. This evening when I asked my son if he had a good day he said, “Yeah. I had fun at the Dr. today.” The best decision I ever made was to switch my kids pediatrician over to Dr. Memorial. Kimberly Jackson is the best.
Tavares Surgery Center - Tavares E Mabry: I took my mother to her. Shes very thorough and professional. The nurse and medical techs were professional and took very good care of my mother. Glad we chose Dr. Ramaiah. Thank you all for taking great care of Mom.
AdventHealth Waterman ER - Tavares Lynne Mahony: My 95 year old father whod fallen and hit his head and was bleeding from his head, a gash in his hand, and arm, waited well over 6 hrs to see a provider. The provider was fabulous and apologetic for the wait and imaging was done relatively quickly after our arrival. UNFORTUNATELY, the waiting room team showed no compassion, promised every patient updates on their waits and gave NONE, and didnt even maintain comfort item availability. The waits were attributed to waiting for a bed BUT their were at minimum 9 hallway beds in the ED available when my father was finally roomed.
Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute - Tavares Tom: My phone/watch track where I spend time and you get this report each year where you spent time. Other than my home, I have spent more time here than anywhere else (I work from home). For the first year I was there anywhere from 1 to 3 times a week. As the years go by I’m down to once a month. This is all said to put my review in perspective. I’ve spent a lot of time here and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. The staff is incredible. Everyone is cheery and kind and helpful. To maintain that while dealing with folks who frequently are having some of the worst days of their lives is beyond commendable. When my issue was detected by my other Dr, unknown to me, they got me into the cancer specialists here at the last minute, including the Oncologist and some staff staying late to for me in as I was in a high risk state. They really stepped up and helped me. They really do care. At this point, I actually kind of look forward to my visits. Catching up on who is up to what. Who has grandkids in town. What funny stories they have to share this month. These are more than nurses and med techs and doctors. These are friends and people I can rely on whether it’s one of my best days or one of my worst. Love and hugs to everyone here! When you spend time there, you sometimes see the grumpy types. I get it, everyone has a bad day. And the most common complaint in the waiting room is that they have to wait a bit longer than expected to get in. Usually it’s new patients, again, likely stressed out. The reason it can sometimes take an extra 20 minutes to get in is because they do not rush anyone. They listen. They let you ask your questions and make sure you are confident with your treatments/results/questions. Pretty much anyone who is a patient at this place has some real problems. Be patient and allow them to get the time and help they need because it’s exactly what you would hope for yourself. We’re all here to fight Cancer or other big problems, so let’s stay on the same team!
