Have been coming here for a few months now and have ZERO complaints. The staff that holds down the front of the office keep track of everything regarding upcoming appointments, missed appointments, and general information. The back of the office where Steven is, is super helpful with all of the exercises he has me do, which have helped me tremendously over these last few months. He’s always polite and welcoming, and makes sure I complete all my steps and don’t skip any. Dr Joe, is a one of kind professional. He’s intelligent compassionate, and overall a great professional when it comes to breaking down pain management, and offering solutions through his clinic. Thank you all for helping me with my pain. Florida Heart Associates - Fort Myers Harris Segel: Went in for my annual heart exam and was checked in promptly. I had hardly sat down in the waiting room when my name was called and i was escorted into the exam room. The nurse was extremely polite, efficient and friendly and got my vitals and updated my list of medicines quickly. After she left, Dr Bailey came in just a few minutes later and as always was very pleasant and reassuring. I continue to be extremely pleased with the care I receive from Florida Heart Associates.
