I will be finding another doctor immediately! I will be calling Physicians primary care with my frustrations and concerns!

5 /5 Missy Arnold: I had an appointment here this morning. I was actually scared because of all the bad reviews. I was truly expecting to be "blown off" and just have a complete bad experience, but I DIDNT! I saw Stacey Wright. She took time with me, listened to me, and got me referred out to a specialist for further testing. The young ladies at the front desk were just a sweet as they can be. Im so sorry that so many people had a bad experience. Like I said, I was prepared for the worst, but got really good treatment.

1 /5 CJ Barisonek: Since when is meaningful, comprehensive patient care completed in a 4 min appointment?!?! My last in person visit (that I took a 1/2 day off of work for) was a whopping 4 minutes long. I opted for a telehealth for my appointment today. I was called by a nurse and asked if I was free several hours prior to my scheduled appointment time. I was, so I agreed to move up my "visit". I was told Dr. Valenzuela would call me back shortly. Almost 2 hours later, the doctor finally called back, had no idea what the appointment was for and even after explaining it to him the call lasted a whole 2 min and 16 seconds. This is corporate medicine at its worst. Churning out patients for the insurance billing. If you want to be heard or value your own time, go elsewhere.

1 /5 cjc1015: Waited over 25 minutes for Telehealth appt, only to speak with the worst Dr on the planet. So dry, no empathy. Just appears to not even care. Never again! Edit:Just saw another review posted about this clinic, so I had to edit and add the doctors name. My experience was with "Dr" Villaflor as well.

1 /5 Daniel Schultz: Absolutely the worst experience with a health care clinic. Do not waste your time on this place if you care about your health. My wife and I both had Dr. Villaflor. She is not people friendly or a good listener. After two visits by each of us we decided to never go back. She completely ignored any of our health issues and was rude. She should find a new profession!!!

The back of the office where Steven is, is super helpful with all of the exercises he has me do, which have helped me tremendously over these last few months. I had hardly sat down in the waiting room when my name was called and i was escorted into the exam room. The nurse was extremely polite, efficient and friendly and got my vitals and updated my list of medicines quickly. After she left, Dr Bailey came in just a few minutes later and as always was very pleasant and reassuring. I continue to be extremely pleased with the care I receive from Florida Heart Associates.

Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare - Tallahassee Sunny Sunshine: I had a terrible experience during my recent visit to TMH ER. The ER doctor, made me feel unheard and dismissed my concerns. Despite clearly being in pain, he performed the bare minimum—only a blood draw—and told me I was fine without running any further tests that could have properly addressed my issue. To make matters worse, he NEVER sent my prescription to the pharmacy, leaving me without necessary medication. Not only did this visit leave me stuck with an outrageous ER bill, but I also lost additional income because my health problem wasn’t resolved, forcing me to miss work. This was an extremely frustrating and costly experience with no resolution to my pain. If you value compassionate, thorough care and effective treatment, I strongly recommend AVOIDING this hospital at all costs. Save yourself the money, time, and frustration.

HCA Florida Capital Hospital - Tallahassee JD Kennedy: Nursing staff was skillful and kind, and managed good continuity of care despite understaffing and scheduling difficulties. Housekeeping and nutrition not so great. And infectious disease precautions insufficient— I was told AFTER I’d been exposed to other patients with flu; had I been warned in advance I could have masked and taken more precautions to avoid getting sick. Coughing after abdominal surgery is the worst.
