    Arteshia Coley: Went to Integrity auto care for my 2016 Chrysler 200. Carlos informed me it was my cooling system that caused my car to overheat. I paid $1,619 for the first parts and $615 for the second parts that’s I needed according to Carlos for my car. The day I was supposed to get my car back according to Carlos he told me my engine locked up. I paid all that money only to get my engine is locked up. I had to end up towing my vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend nobody to go to him for no engine work. Straight rip off. This happened around the holidays. Imagine how stress I was & how tight things were for me & my family.

    kimberly palacios: 10/10 recommend !! Literally my first time coming into this auto place and I needed all 4 of my tires done . The woman that was there I didn’t caught her name but she is such a sweetheart !!! While the guys were fixing my van of course she stuck with me and we were having a conversation the entire time . She even told me that I would need to replace one of my rotors since it was getting stripped down badly . I enjoyed her company and how fast they were able to get my tires on . I highly recommend coming here whether it’s just for tires or getting anything fix for your car . I will definitely be coming back in the near future !!! I felt like family being in there ! Thank you to her and her amazing guys working ❤️.

    Nancy Rae: I have a 1996 Ford E250 Econoline Camper van. I have had 6 different mechanics in the last 8 months trying to figure out what the problem was but to no avail. Casey was recommended through a friend although he is 175 miles from me I went to see him. I am ecstatic that I am back on the road and my van is running better than it ever did. No pings, no knocks no cutting out and she is running strong. I have found my new mechanic. He also didnt rape my pocketbook like some mechanics try to do when they see a Senior woman traveling alone. (sad that still happens) I will be going back to get some basic things done before I take my bucket trip out West. You wont regret bringing your vehicle here. Casey is a stand up man. Did I mention he gave me a warranty?.....Yep he sure did. Thank you Ward Specialty for keeping me mobile and off the back of a flat bed tow truck!

    Daniel Lee: Be aware these people are scammers!!! Bought a tire here and after 30 days they tire started to split. It looked like it had been through a war. See attached photos. I called to tell them about it but unfortunately I couldnt get off work before they closed. Had to go the next day. They refused to warranty it because I was 1 day past their 3p day warranty. Whatever. It happens. So I bought another tire to replace it. Again within 30 days of buying the tire it started developing bubbles and went out of round. I did not go back. 2 tires in 2 months fell apart on me and could have resulted in a blow out and even possibly a wreck. I will never trust these people again nor will I ever buy another tire or service from them. Edit to reply to the owners reply. No I dont have the shop mixed up. It was your shop. I spoke with the woman at the front desk who had her kids running around the place. And the guy did the work to change the tire. Hell I even had yall do an alignment the first time i had a tire put on. A GOOD used tire lasting a month? Yeah right. The used tire I bought from another shop in Orange city for $60 has lasted longer than the 2 used tires I bought from your shop.
