1 /5 Emma Starfish: Brought our vehicle here for a new motor. Had no choice. Well, it broke 4 hours into getting it back. Poor job overall, obviously. We were excited there was a 3 year warranty. We brought it back for that when we had a chance. Over a month into waiting, I had the owner yelling at me when we arrived to ask about our car because there was a lack of communication from their end. I asked for any paperwork that he initiated the process to fix our car. He said, "He was going to do it when he wanted." he wasnt communicating with us on when the car will be done. Its been almost 2 months now, and they havent given us any updates, and Ive been looking for a lawyer. The owner was yelling, throwing his hands around like a madman because we showed great need for our vehicle, we never rose our voice once but this man was clapping his hands at me in an aggressive manner. We havent heard a single thing from them since then. 6.5k down the drain due to poor customer service and a terrible owner. If they actually show they care about customers, i might give them a sympathetic 3 stars, but right now its only going to be a 1 star. I wish i could give it none. There was no reason for you to take your anger out on me. If youre that frustrated at people who already paid the full price of your service, then go home and let the good workers take over till you calm down.
