1 /5 Kyle Greer: I have had good work done here before but I had a very unprofessional experience today.
We went in to get brakes and rotors replaced but were refused an itemized bill.
The shop tech became very irritated when we refused service without an itemized bill and it is sad that a place that I trusted to have my car worked on previously has become like this.
Everyone should always make sure they get an itemized bill before authorizing service and it is also Florida law.

You still can provide an itemized bill, it being a "package" does not stop you from being honest and transparent.
The claim of 781. 90 for normal price is extremely high for 2 rotors and 4 brake pads and to use that to try to justify a "package" in which you cannot itemize the costs seems more than dishonest.
