5 /5 Margie Sheppard: I had a lot done yesterday. I had a tooth prepared for a crown, a permanent crown made and put on, a cavity filled, and the area above almost every tooth (top and bottom) covered with some bonding agent. Heres why the bonding: I have brushed my teeth so hard for so long that I had inadvertently pushed the gums up above the normal exposure of the teeth. This caused a lot of sensitivity, not to mention the frightful prospect of losing the integrity of my teeth. Needless to say after all was done, my mouth was quite wonky from the novocaine, and my jaw was a bit soar, but I had no pain from the crown and cavity procedure, nor pain in my gums.
Today, my jaw is back to normal and my teeth look amazing! I slide my tongue over them like I did when my braces came off as a teenager. Dr. Lloyd and his staff are wonderful
My advice: Take good care of your teeth, brush regularly but not hard!!! and if you need dental help or just a dentist, Dr. Lloyd and Indigo Dental is the team to see..
