1 /5 Jenna: I got a pedicure just now and asked for French. Everything was fine until the gel polish part. Before Nancy cured I asked for the French tip to be thinner twice and she dismissed me. At the end I asked again so she filed just one foot down so far so it would be thinner which caused all my nails to be shorter than the other foot and also filed so low my toes are now raw. Another girl at the front desk came in trying to fix it and kinda did but my left side is still shorter and raw. I’m never a picky client either but that was just a horrible experience. Update : they did such a bad job that 48 hours later it’s chipping and my pinky toe starting to peel off. I got gel which is CRAZY. Do not go here unless you want to waste your money. I could have done this better at home .

5 /5 Destinee Strawn: Jolie is absolutely amazing! Her shaping and attention to detail is unmatched. Price was a bargain for the work she did. I will be coming back for sure! If you’re looking to see where to go or who to book with I recommend Jolie with Jada nails!

5 /5 Andrea Moreno: Have been in the Port Richy area for two years and have yet to find a salon I trust and like. Today I came and fell in love with this place and the way Lia does her clients nails. Nic and Jolie were also there doing others And their artwork was impeccable. 12 out of 10 recommend and it’s so nice to know that there’s more than one really good nail artist at the salon. It also wasn’t extremely busy. They got us in and out while taking their time and making sure we were satisfied! Thank you!!

5 /5 Taylor Davidson: I’ve been going to the salon for the past month and a half to two months now and I’ve had a great experience every time. I usually just get whoever is next available so I have basically been Had my nails done by each Tech at this point and everyone of them have done a wonderful job on my nails. This last time Lia Did my French manicure on my acrylic gel set and they turned out so pretty. Alex has done my pedicure twice and has done a great job both times. This time I had a French Polish and they turned out great.

Pink & White Nails - Jacksonville Natalee Robinson: So I’ve been going here for years. The last few visits just help me make my mind up about not being valued as a loyal regular customer. Well around my birthday I received services and had to return on 2 separate days after nails chipping and breaking so I went to let them fix it both times why? Bc Ive always been an understanding client. So after I decided to take a break from getting my nails done from Dec-Jan. fast forward to now (right before valentines day) I called ahead to schedule an appointment like always to get a full set and a pedicure that’s it. Well when I get there I was early and I was offered eyebrow wax which I never get when I come in to get my nails done. After the brows I was told they only had time to do a polish change on my feet. Which was not in my plans because I originally set an appointment to receive a pedicure so I expected to receive that service as well as the full set. So fast forward to cashing out. I was confused why I was still being charged full price for my feet when I received half ass service that I had to settle with in the first place.. if you scheduled an appointment for a pedicure that’s what services should be provided and charged. So no I do not feel valued as a customer for 5 plus years. I will be taking my loyalty elsewhere.

Maybe its because I wash my hands very frequently at work, but Im a little disappointed at how quickly everything is coming off. Especially considering the price I paid for them.
