But when I came back about a clear sidewall gash (less than a hour later) on my $5,000 set of wheels and $1,000 tires, Kenny and his staff completely disregarded me.
Instead of taking any responsibility or even investigating, Kenny just shrugged it off and asked the guy who brought my truck out, “You didn’t put this car on any lift?”—and that was the extent of their help. No accountability, no effort to resolve it, just a dishonest, dismissive response.
Great work speed, but if they damage your vehicle, don’t expect them to care… I really am not one to want to point fingers in the wrong places, but there are clear differences between a curb or anything clearly slicing thru a side wall and gouging a wheel than there is a lift or any other shop related object… disappointing to say the least and will not return even for the quicker service, have learned my own lesson of let places take their time with your possessions for the job to get done correctly and honestly. Understandably most people aren’t in my same position, and would never likely notice something like this. Just wanted others to be aware of the carelessness after work is complete.
