Each began having issues and a co-worker recommended Isaacs to me. I am so glad they did. I was taken care of like family. I was walked through the issues with my vehicles, I was shown on the computer the cost of the parts, told how long it would take and also showed the old parts when I arrived to pick up my vehicle. How do I know they were mine? My uncle in GA told me to mark certain componants on the vehicles, so yes they were my old parts. Isaacs Auto Repair are honest, straightfoward, trustworthy and my go to shop.

We were able to get in for service soon, they were able to track down the component needed, and had the problem resolved by mid-afternoon. Alex walked us through each step; everyone was courteous, helpful and respectful. Quoted price was fair. They deserve their reputation for honesty and good service. Well go back, and recommend to others.

However, this couple came out to my home, gave me a very realistic diagnostic of my vehicle, and in just about an hour fixed it. I needed the wheel bearing replaced on my van, and with parts and labor combined it was well less than $300 total. They were easy to work with, easy to get along with, and definitely were trustworthy! They will be my go-to from now on when it comes to vehicle repair.

Vannessa K: Had a new starter installed and car still wouldn’t work. So we called Marc who quoted a $125 diagnostic fee. Sure no problem! He calls after looking at it and says oh bad starter. He was already told starter is brand new. So we get the oh could have been a bad starter it happens. Then he charged about $400 to take out the starter to install a new one (that $400 doesn’t include the cost of a new starter). Well starter was actually still good so he put it back on. Then he decided after that to check voltage and then goes oh you just need a new battery. Ended up costing over $700 for him to figure that out and install a battery! I personally feel we should not of had to pay for the starter to be taken out and put back in considering we told him it was new. We asked for a discount because voltage should have been checked before he just said oh bad starter and he refused. Seems he just does stuff to jack up the cost. Be very aware of this place and find somewhere else to go!!
