Despite the late hour, Jose went above and beyond to assist me, staying until 8 PM to ensure the job was done correctly. He even made a special trip to pick up the specific oil my car required and took the time to explain every step of the process. Additionally, he generously added turbo fluid at no extra charge. Jose was thorough in educating me about my car’s needs, providing transparency by showing me exactly what required attention. He later followed up with an estimate outlining the most urgent repairs. Thanks to his expertise, my car is running significantly better. I will definitely be returning for future service.
