Television Tv: I had the most horrific experience with Dr. Marika Fraser. I had her perform a septoplasty to fix a deviated septum while working together with another surgeon to perform a rhinoplasty. After surgery, I was left with a severely internally damaged nose. After surgery I suffered from nasal valve collapse and excessive bleeding which did not stop for months. I could not breathe properly at all. At follow up appointments, I asked to see the doctor, but she was never available. After demanding to see the doctor, I finally got an appointment with her. Dr. Fraser came into the room with the worst and most unprofessional attitude I have ever seen from anyone working in medicine. With the most rude tone, she said "Do you understand how surgery works?!" Those were the exact words that she furiously yelled at me. I explained to her that I only understood my own discomfort and my inability to breathe, as well as my nasal valve collapse. I also told her I came to resolve the issue, not to fight. Again, in an extremely rude and defensive tone she said " Are we fighting? Is this fighting?!" Dr. Fraser proceeded to condescendingly tell me that she had done her job and that my septum and turbinates were fixed. The nasal valve collapse, dripping and bleeding she completely blamed on the other surgeon, who worked on my nose alongside her. Dr. Fraser showed absolutely no care or empathy. "You need to find someone who can fix that, cause its not my problem, if it was, I would be on it like white on rice" are the exact words she said to me. Absolutely unprofessional and appalling. I was disgusted. Finding "someone who could fix that" meant finding a new surgeon (Which I did). I have since had to find a new ENT/plastic surgeon and have since spent an additional $27,000+ for revision rhinoplasty, septoplasty and hyperbaric oxygen therapy to fix the damage Dr. Fraser caused. My new surgeon also told me my septum was never properly fixed and that it actually had damage and multiple perforations. I feel cheated and lied to in addition to all the pain and suffering Dr. Fraser put me through. Not to mention the financial burden that I had to endure to be able to breathe properly again. If you are looking to fix a deviated septum and breathe properly, please do not risk your health with Dr. Marika Fraser, go elsewhere and seek a professional who is Double Board Certified in Otolaryngology (AAO-HNS) and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Sunny Mills: My first appt-ONE HOUR WAIT... I asked others that were in the waiting room if this was typical for this physician to leave patients waiting for an hour, and they said yes. When I went in, I asked him if he usually ran an hour late. His response: "you can leave you dont have to stay".. That is a low rent response from someone who is supposed to be a professional. I was not impressed. There are THOUSANDS of Drs in the area...better to choose a Professional who is not inconsiderate and arrogant.

Toni Kephart: Dr Ritch is excellent, her front office is horrible along with the people in labs. Dr Ritch wanted to see me in December for an issue she found, her staff couldnt find an appointment and scheduled me for January, when I saw my appointment was removed from the App that they want you to use my appointment was gone. I called them to ask about it and they said they deleted, I was furious they said they can reschedule for April. I truly hope the Dr’s findings were not life threatening. I hope the Dr reads these comments on how her staff treats her patients.

Robert Roddy: Office staff was prompt and professional. Not much of a wait until I was led to my examination room. Dr. Moore as usual was friendly and professional. The procedure was done smoothly and without any complications. Dr Moore and his staff were attentive through the entire procedure. After the procedure, Dr. Moore was thorough with his post-operative instructions. He was very personable and concerned while giving me his personal cell number to call him if I had any issues or concerns with my recovery. I have been a regular patient of Dr. Moore and the level of concern and attention to my health needs have been consistently high value since my very first office visit.

Tadarria Cotton: By far the worst experience ever! Dr. Tarras saw me in his office referred me out for the chiari surgery. After having the surgery I still felt symptoms. I have reached out to both Dr. Tarras and Aghion and have been given nothing but a hard time. When I went back to my follow up appt with Dr. Tarras and explained what I was experiencing he rolled his eyes as if I had a reason to lie about the pain I was in or things I was experiencing. Since my surgery I have sensitivity to light and horrible migraines that makes it impossible for me at 33 to work and take care of my son. I also reach out to Dr. Aghions office who basically told me they wouldn’t be able to do anything for me I would need to speak with Dr. Tarras, if you are recommended for this surgery just be ready to be cut on with no response after they’ve received their payment or it’s complete. I also asked if one of the providers could fill out additional information for my job so I can be compensated accordingly, nothing! But told I need to follow up with my pcp or psychiatrist who is not who recommended or performed this surgery! I am very angry and at my lowest with both providers.

DJ C: Went on insurance plan that required a primary care physician. Previously, I was on a PPO, no referrals necessary. I have been seeing the same infectious disease doctor and endocrinologist for the past 20 years. Made an appointment, was examined by a Doctor who understood very little English. When I left, I asked the receptionist if she could send a referral to my two doctors, I needed to see them for my periodic visits. She said she would take care of it. Six weeks later no referrals. I called, she said she would take care of it. Again no referrals. Then she said I needed to come into the office for bloodwork. I told her I had my blood work completed a week before, and had my infectious disease Doctor fax her a copy. Call three more times and she said “the referrals are under consideration.“ Then I get a text that I had an appointment the following day at 3 PM. I called the office to ask about the appointment because I had not made one. She told me it was for a physical and would I like to cancel it I said yes, but I need the referrals, she said OK. When I called a few days later, she said I could not get the referrals until Dr. Rothstein examined me, and I had canceled my appointment. I lost my temper. Dr. Rothstein then sent me an extraordinarily condescending message telling me that his office is not “a referral service“ and that he would not make a referral based on what I say. This DO should understand the only reason I need him is for referrals. I have done without a primary care physician for 40 years. I like the idea of a PCP, to have a doctor to call for minor issues not related to my HIV infection or diabetes. I am switching doctors because this office is really screwed up.
