Guerdan Bruce R MD - Key WestTabatha Williams: The absolute worst experience I have ever had in the emergency room in my life! He is short fuse ready to blow at any second. He will yell in your face all because you ask him why???? This man does not deserve to work with people at all. he has lost any credibility to me, completely inappropriate, and negligent. Beware of this doctor.
Moody Janice A MD - Key WestBarbara J. Maggiani: Posted July 2024
Sadly, Dr Moody closed her Key West practice in late 2017 or 2018. I was a patient of hers for a few years. She was a fantastic MD. Why Does Google list a business thats been closed for 7 years?
Marc E. Csete, M.D., MBA - Key WestJames Peele: Dr Csete is very attentive to my pulmonary health and care. He is agreeable to sharing information with my other caregivers in order for everyone to be informed and on the same page for my total care. With Dr. Csete on my healthcare team, I have complete confidence in my ability to live a full independent life.
Dr. Joan E. Homan, MD - Key WestKaren Mendez: Never feel rushed. Dr. Homan listens to me and takes her time to make me feel comfortable.
Fariss Bruce L MD - Key WestGary Gomer: Dr. Fariss is one of those doctors you rarely see anymore. I had a Lithotripsy procedure done and was one of the few patients that got muscle spasms from the actual machine, which is very painful. When I first reached out to Dr. Fariss due to the pain, of course it was well after business hours and Dr. Fariss returned my call within minutes. He provided some very helpful ways to get through the pain, and then he called back after a few hours to make sure I was OK. That almost never happens now a days. He also called the next morning to make sure I was OK. Then on a Saturday night at 10:30pm I started to have pain again and called him, he called me right back again within minutes and had me try a few things which completely stopped the pain. Then he called back at 11:30pm to make sure I was good. Then on Sunday morning he called me to see if I was still OK, which I was fine at that point and he asked me if I wanted to come into the office today (on a Sunday) and he would remove the Stent (previously scheduled for Wednesday) so it would relieve my discomfort, which I jumped at the chance. It took days off my recovery. I know there are a lot of details in this review but only because Dr. Fariss went above and beyond so many times that most doctors would never do. I dont normally write reviews but Dr. Fariss is just such an amazing Doctor and Person who REALLY cares about his patients. For most people this procedure is a pretty quick recovery with very little pain but it is good to know that Dr. Fariss will be there for you should you have any unusual discomfort or Pain. If I could give him 10 stars I would.
Taweh Beysolow, MD, a SignatureMD Physician - Key WestCharles London: Dr. Beysolow is kind, caring and very knowledgeable about kidney issues. He has taught me a lot and I am grateful that I found his office. I give his staff an A+ as well because they do a good job dealing with the number of patients coming in and out of this office. They are friendly as well.
North Okaloosa Medical Center - Emergency Room - CrestviewStefani Gilbert: The staff were wonderful like always. Nurse came in and was sweet and understand of my embarrassment. Doctor was very thorough when it came to making sure he ruled out everything that could have been wrong. The gentleman in registration was amazing! Very sweet, thoughtful and came back to my room a few times to make sure I had everything I needed. I believe his name was Joseph. He definitely deserves a gold star!
Ascension Medical Group Sacred Heart at Crestview - CrestviewBlythe Gottleib: Dr. Cooper is great. Excellent listener and just gets it. Never rushes, confident in his decisions, and conservative in dispensing meds. He has been my go to since he started practicing in Crestview. GREAT DOCTOR! By the way, his assistant Eric is not too Shabby either.Kudos to both.

North Okaloosa Medical Center - CrestviewStori Henderson: I recently visited North Okaloosa Medical Center and had a mostly positive experience, despite a few minor issues. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism by most of the staff. The physician, nurses, ER Tech, and radiology team were all wonderful. They were attentive, compassionate, and made sure I was informed every step of the way. My diagnosis wasn’t the best, but the care I received made a difficult situation much more bearable.
One area that could use improvement was the nurse in triage, who seemed a bit irritated. Her demeanor wasn’t as welcoming as the rest of the staff, which was a bit off-putting, especially at the beginning of the visit. However, this was a small hiccup in an otherwise positive experience.
I was also disappointed that the vending machines weren’t functioning properly, but ER Tech Joseph went above and beyond by bringing my spouse and daughter cold bottles of water, which was a kind and thoughtful gesture.
A special thank you to Katie, Bill, Callie and Maria for the compassionate care you provided. Your kindness didn’t go unnoticed, and you truly made me feel like I was in good hands. Thank you for caring with your hearts – it made all the difference in my visit.
