5 /5 Faye New: I visited JJs based on reviews. I brought my car in to check for possible oil leaks. They did a check for me and did not find any problems. Great customer service. Update: I go regularly to get my oil changed at JJ Auto Care. Unfortunately, I went too early. They looked at my car and they said we can’t change your oil right now. I thought oh silly girl I have about 2000 more miles to burn on my car before I can come back just letting you know how honest they are this happened on April middle of April when I went down to see them so I thought let me take some photos again of this wonderful place you can go to and relax while your car is being taken care of also dog friendly. They have two pooches in the back that you can go and say hello to the Chihuahua is a little barky, but thegolden retriever hits the spot. Just don’t tell my dog. I’m cheating on her. JJ, Gary, and all the people who work here whose name I cannot remember right now thank you so much for your hospitality and I’ll be back 2000 miles later promise.

5 /5 Ashton Noe: Replaced my clutch on a manual 2008 scion TC. Did a good job. Gave an informative rundown of my vehicle via the quote link they provide after inspection. My favorite part was how timely and reliable they were, told me a day to come in and provided me with a quote by that evening. Told me when I should expect my vehicle back and it was completed by noon the day they said it would be. Great business, and good customer service. Won’t be taking my car elsewhere.

5 /5 David Garcia: I’ve brought both our cars here and the price was fair and upfront. The customer service was phenomenal. Charles is amazing and always communicates well. They’re trustworthy and honest people. A part related to a repair they made failed and they explained it didn’t failed due to the repair. JJs offered to replaced the part and not charge for labor. I agreed and before I picked it up they called back to explain they made a mistake and the repair would be absolutely free. Mistakes happened but they proactively reached out to make it right. It’s an honest shop I’m always going to from now on.

5 /5 David Grimm: I took my 11-year-old Ram 1500 to JJ Auto Care for lifter replacements, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. After being burned by another shop in the past (where I spent over $1,600 without actually getting the issue fixed), I procrastinated in further repairs. On a random Saturday I googled Auto shops near me and JJs came up first. I read the reviews and took a chance. Dude - They are AMAZING! From the start, they were straightforward and honest. They told me exactly what was wrong, how long the repair would take, and what it would cost—no surprises, no upsells, just honest work. A couple of days later, I got my truck back, and it runs like brand new. A special shoutout to Charles, the manager—he was fantastic throughout the entire process. I know hes got an awesome team behind him. I truly appreciate their professionalism, expertise, and integrity. I’ll never take my truck anywhere else for anything. If you’re looking for a reliable auto shop, JJ Auto Care is the place to go! The coffee is good too...
