5 /5 Michael Simmonds: I am very fussy with my vehicles. When I took my 2025 Ram Promaster to the dealership for its very first service it was damaged by the lift. The dealership sent me to JM automotive to repair the damage to the rocker panels. My main concern was the scraped off finish that left bare metal exposed. Jorge and Lorena were very attentive and friendly as well as the technicians. My damage was in a very annoying area to get to. Upon picking up my vehicle I was completely satisfied and surprised at how the damage had completely disappeared. Not only was it re-painted but shaped back to original as well. They made this experience so easy especially when this was the first time I ever had to go through this. Lorena was amazing! She would give me updates on my car almost every single day. She would send me pictures of everything. Lorena was very thorough & made me feel assured on my concerns/questions. They were fast. They had my car for about 2 weeks.
