1 /5 Greg Savage: I am highly upset with John automotive. Back in august of 2021 I supplied brake pads along with other parts to be replaced. I soon found out that the break pads were never replaced. I took my car back up there 2 times after it was supposedly “replaced” informing them what I noticed my front wheels were making a grinding and squeaking noice every-time i pressed on my breaks. Remind you it wasn’t making those noises until I went to them. Both times I went nothing was never resolved. So I took it upon my self to get my uncle who is a certified mechanic to take a look at what is going on he showed me that the pads were the problem and that it was never replace. So, I had to re purchase break pads and paid for it to be replaced. I was charged for labor and the break pads I supplied to them back in august of 2021 was basically stolen from me. As I called them this morning about it the owner and the co worker where very rude, unprofessional, and are giving me a hard time to get me the money they owe me back! If you are a female DO NOT do business with them. They’ll take advantage of the fact that you’re a female and screw you for your money!

5 /5 Advanced Sweeping: Half way between Gulfport MS and Orlando FL we had stopped and noticed transmission fluid all under our vehicle. Looking at shop reviews I chose John Bryan’s to call and see if they could inspect to see if they could figure where fluid came from. As soon as we got there they immediately pulled it in a bay on the lift and sent in the air to inspect. Within 10 minutes they found where the fluid had come from and thoroughly explained possibilities of our issue. I would recommend Mr. John and his team to anyone. This day and age honesty and trustworthy are few and far between in the automotive world, but they fit that description to a T.

Kevin Ylonen: Guy at the front desk is always helpful. He seems to handle customers well . The service department/ mechanics seem to be in a slow motion( Not in a hurry). I brought my truck in to get a oil change and I arrived @ 2pm and didnt get back into my truck till 4pm. They had to change a valve stem on one tire. I understand that things take time but, 2 hours is alittle long.

Kyle Greer: I have had good work done here before but I had a very unprofessional experience today. We went in to get brakes and rotors replaced but were refused an itemized bill. The shop tech became very irritated when we refused service without an itemized bill and it is sad that a place that I trusted to have my car worked on previously has become like this. Everyone should always make sure they get an itemized bill before authorizing service and it is also Florida law. *In response to the owner* You still can provide an itemized bill, it being a "package" does not stop you from being honest and transparent. The claim of 781. 90 for normal price is extremely high for 2 rotors and 4 brake pads and to use that to try to justify a "package" in which you cannot itemize the costs seems more than dishonest.

Jenna Nunez: The people here are awesome. Had tire trouble, pulled off highway and they were half mile off the exit. Local company that was every bit of friendly and more than helpful. Had me fixed and ready to go in less than an hour. They charged me half of what I was expecting and the gentlemen even helped with completing my insurance claim form for an accident I was in the day prior. The office lady was nice to chat with and the owner was a pleasure too. The dogs were even on point lol Overall I had a very great experience with this business and would recommend to anyone looking for tire repair or just some good company :)

They found that I had a problem with one of my calipers in the back and recommended it being replaced. I cant say they were fast because theyre always so busy because theyre trusted in the community if you want something fast you probably want to go someplace else but if you want service that you can trust I feel this is probably one of the best shops in town.
