1 /5 Josh Conniere: When im paying you to do a service for me, I expect professionalism on both the vehicle and our exchange of words. This is not the case here, I can give specific examples of blatant disrespect towards myself, a veteran, from the main phone handler, aka the secretary. Joseph was not in for our conversations, as Im sure he is a great mechanic, although I did not get to experience his work. I wish them well, and hope for better professionalism in the future.
