5 /5 Ricardo: I’ve taken my 7.3 to other shops in the past and always ended up with more problems or had to go back for something they missed. Took it to Justin’s Diesel once, and now 3 or 4 months later, the truck is still running flawlessly.
They did the work right the first time no upsell, no BS, just real diesel expertise. Communication was clear, and they explained what was going on without trying to throw unnecessary parts at it. They brought up a few other concerns, but at that point, I was already feeling defeated from everything I’d been through with the truck. I told them I just needed it running and they respected that, got it done, and didn’t pressure me.
Looking back, I actually wish I would’ve had them handle everything they mentioned.
Before that, I’d already spent over $9,000 at other shops on temporary fixes that left me broken down again and again. The only thing I had to replace after was the starter and that was on me for leaving the key in and draining the batteries.
If you’ve got a 7.3 and you’re tired of wasting time and money, take it to Justin Diesel. I won’t go anywhere else now.
