5 /5 Judith J: We hired Scratch Off Auto Repair to repair our Ford E-250 work van. The van was accidentally knocked out of park and rolled into a tree so, we were paying out of pocket. Sharon gave us a written quote and it was the best price we found. She said they could get us in the following week. They were recommended to us and have a history of great reviews - we accepted their quote and scheduled the work for the following week. Sharon told us it would take approximately 1 1/2 weeks to repair and she was true to her word. Being that it is our work van time was of the essence as its not out making money if its in the shop for an extended period of time. The work they completed was amazing - our van looks absolutely fantastic and we did not have to spend a fortune!! We requested the hood not be replaced and to have the existing hood repaired (the damage was only to the front corner). Sharon explained to me it will not be perfect but will look pretty good. Since this is a work van I was good with that. Sharon explained that some of the other parts were not repairable and had to be replaced. I requested used parts if available and she honored my request. I could not be any happier with the completed work, the hood turned out much better than I expected !! The passenger door now opens perfectly and the replaced parts look brand new. The customer service, professionalism and attention to detail is top notch. Sharon is great to work with and, in this day & age, that is very difficult to find. I highly recommend Scratch Off Auto Repair and if I ever need body work in the future (even if Im going through insurance) I will most definitely return to them for my repair work.

5 /5 Rex Parrish: My wife, in all her glory, raked the entire right side of her 2002 Camry as a result of hitting a mailbox. The end result was a crease starting at the rear quarte panel, extended to the passenger door rear, extended to the passenger side front door and finally extend to the right front fender. There were also a number of dings that looked like the size of a golf ball in three areas. I wish I would saved the photos of the damage but my wife, again, in all her glory, just want to get it fixed and move on. Sound familiar? I got a total of 5 estimates range from $5300 all the way down to $2050. I was hestiant about the $2050 but after reading the reviews, I went with them. Thank goodiness I did. Sometimes Almighty God just steers you to the right person. It is remarkable that it looks like the damage never happened. I am very greateful to Scratch Off Auto Repair.

5 /5 Rayann Dahl: This place was great. Sharon was so nice and very efficient. I got three estimates for a small dent and scratch on my 2018 Acura MDX hood. This place gave me an excellent price and did an amazing job. I dropped it off and they completed the job ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend them and will go there in the future as needed.

5 /5 Deon Dill: After recently purchasing a newer vehicle, we discovered the hood would not open. Upon contacting the dealership we purchased the vehicle at we were told it would be over a two week wait for repair. After looking online I found Scratch Off Auto with excellent reviews and contacted them . They were able to repair problem the next day when we dropped car off. I can’t say enough good things about the company as well as the counter person (Sharon) who takes care of arrangements. Everyone was very friendly and professional and I would recommend this business before going anywhere else.
