I did something simple and requested the nails thin and got the exact color I expressed I was looking for and had the best outcome after not going to the salon for a while. My fault. 22$ plus tip 26$ for a terrible manicure, if that’s what you call it. Dirty water and some dirty guy messing my nails up. When done They basically stand over you to make sure there is tip). I asked if they could just help fix my nails. Just clean up and help. I came here because it’s close to my house. I will be talking and reporting fraud to my bank. Then stand by and make you do a tip. The ladies up front who check you in??? What is that. SMH. They are just sitting there oh go sit at this number. No help finding it. I’ve had manyyyyyy manis and this was by far a joke and absolutely the worse experience. I should have said something but they are standing right there when you check out and you’re under duress to pay.

1 /5 Kim Cummings: Ive been coming to Koi for about a year, and the service is usually great. However, today I had the worst French manicure Ive ever had. I asked for baby pink tips, but the stylist, who didn’t speak English, may not have understood. She painted white tips and then rushed to cover them with a strange translucent pink polish, completely missing the sides. The result is sloppy and unpolished—I can’t wait to take it off. Time to find a new salon.

5 /5 Irma Viera: I’ve visited Koi Nail Spa in two occasions for gel manicures. Fast walk-in service. Very friendly nail technicians. Always have done an excellent job!

4 /5 Bridget S.: I go to this salon quite a bit and most of the employees are nice and friendly. I think the salon could take a better approach at making customers feel welcome. Otherwise most if not all of the employees know exactly what they’re doing and you will leave satisfied. It’s pricey too but that may just be Florida.

They go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and pampered. They pull out all the ammenities to make sure your experience is memorable. Prices are competitive and attention to detail is second to none. Personally I am a wild card with my designs and shapes and colors and they always accommodate. Vivid nail lounge will always be my go to salon. It’s home!

Pauline Holcomb: During my visit, I witnessed a concerning lack of service for African American women. After entering the salon, I was met with an argument among the staff about who would service my pedicure. Additionally, another African American woman who came in shortly after me was told there was no one available to assist her and was asked to return later, despite several manicurists sitting idle. Three Caucasian women and one Indian woman who entered the salon were immediately offered service. This pattern raises serious concerns about discriminatory practices at this establishment. I chose this salon for its convenience, being just five minutes from my home, but I can no longer support a business that appears to discriminate against clients based on their race. Moving forward, I will seek out an African American manicurist for my nail care needs. I urge the owner to reflect on these concerns to ensure all clients are treated fairly and with respect.

She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and gave great recommendations on colors and styles. The salon itself was spotless, with a calm and welcoming atmosphere that made the whole experience feel like a treat. Britney’s attention to detail was impressive, and I could tell she genuinely cared about making sure I was thrilled with the final result. My nails turned out beautiful and have held up perfectly since my appointment. If you’re looking for a nail tech who truly goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Britney at Nice Nails. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The owner/someone in charge came and said “they will grow back”. It’s short and bulky and looks terrible. Probably the worst experience I’ve had a nail shop.

However, everyone was booked and I was closer to their store so went to them for my daughters first ever acrylic nails for her first 9th grade homecoming dance. NEVER EVER AGAIN....Im going to include what she wanted pic, what she got pic, and quick fox job pic we had to do for now. Definitely learned my lesson. You want the real deal go to Euro Nails in Orange City. First what she wanted in the picture apparently is gel acrylic powder not a gel paint, wasnt explained this at Monicas (Li did her nails). Then what she actually got wasnt even gel paint!!! The best part of all this is the two middle nails looking like their about to come off her hand. They were all uneven not even the same length and I wont go into the cuticle fiscal. Horrible first experience for her. Thank God we could partially get them fixed!!
