I highly recommend their service. They were quick were able to get me in last minute so I could travel home safely. Immediately they went above and beyond to help me, they drove to my location, jump started my car, drove me to their shop and fixed my car fast as they could!! they turned my grey cloud day much better:) i appreciate you guys and if youre looking for awesome customer service, good prices and your car feelin happy i highly recommend ☺️

My vehicles wheel was hit by another car and Kurt looked it over to give me peace of mind that there wasnt damage that I wasnt seeing. He also referred me to another awesome shop (Alloy Wheels) to see if they could take care of the small dent in the rim so cosmetically it looks good as new. I appreciate the great service and recommendations. If you want an honest shop and an owner with integrity you need to go to Kurts Auto.

Douglas Price: I had been told by Naples Audi that my Q8 needed rear brakes, I questioned that and decided to walk into this shop, immediately Adolfo was extremely helpful, said he seriously had doubts about needing brakes. He offered to have their Audi tech check out the car, $35 I said sure. Tim looked at the car, doesnt need brakes, 24,000 miles left at least and they didnt charge me. They were so accommodating that I got a price for 3 new tires. I had a nail in one a couple months earlier and Audi put a new one on, Adolfos price per tire was significantly less than Audi. Great service! Thanks, Ill be back!

Art was incredibly helpful and quickly assessed the issue, informing me that the brake pads were metal to metal and grinding against the rotors. He offered to replace both the pads and rotors as a set, which was exactly what I needed. The service was quick, professional, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Naples Mechanics for any auto repair needs. I’ll definitely be bringing my 2017 BMW X5 in soon for a valve cover replacement. Thanks again, Art!
