I would give more stars if that was the option! If you are like me and not a huge fan of the dentist I would 1000% recommend them. They’re super gentle, professional and Informative!

Delynia Sherrill: Dr is rude, Staff is not knowledgeable at all. They are horrible with following through with Patient care. I had to call a numerous amount of times to try to get them to send necessary info to insurance. (be mindful that when you call you either get a scheduler that has no clue about anything clinical or you get a voicemail) ... Anywho, They never sent the info to insurance for approval but instead they did try and get My Son back for another appt to do xrays that they had already gotten at the initial appt. When I called back to ask Why was the additional xrays needed (as I am not from the area and to drive back would be a huge inconvenience just to get the same xrays ) they would not explain but instead told Me that My Son could go see another Dentist/Ortho instead.

Jesus Fernandez: I have united healthcare advantage, which Medicare. On my last cleaning the doctor performed like a brush cleaning of my front teeth only. I left feeling as if nothing had been done. I don’t know if the benefits payments are not enough or if he simply felt like he did not need to do more but that was my last visit. The dental seat are covered with this grey flannel covering that are never changed, there is lack of pairing, cleaning and staff. Overall a very sad place. I would not recommend this treatment to anyone.

Their office is so clean & pretty. -------‐-- My visit was perfect! The dental assistant that took my x-rays was so gentle & made sure I was comfortable the entire time, she was super sweet & caring. I appreciate Dr. Rasmussens attention & thoroughness, he answered all my questions and took his time. The office was clean & comfortable. I highly recommend!
