I called several other dentist but this one was able to schedule me and complete my surgery within 6 hours of when i first called that morning! Absolutely unheard of! Francine Asche Dani relieved my apprehension towards my regular teeth cleaning and I’m so grateful. I do not enjoy the dentist. I have no good reason for this. I have never had a cavity or a root canal, my teeth are low-drama, but it’s not something I enjoy at all. I get my anxious and agitated. However - Dani made it SO much better. She’s so kind and understanding and she put me at ease. Her office is decorated with lights and fun colors and I felt much more comfortable. She’s the best!

Hailey Farrington I have such bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist. My first visit today was with Liz and Dr Walden. Liz made me feel so comfortable, explained every step to me, and gave me breaks when I needed. Her and Dr Walden explained what my treatment plan would look like and gave options to help with my anxiety, like going to an oral surgeon for my wisdom teeth for anesthesia. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and welcoming, explaining the costs of each procedure. I will definitely be coming back to have my work done here.

Lucus Wilkins The medical dental experience was great. However, billing was below average. Even though my insurance covered a free cleaning. They placed fluoride on my teeth after the procedure without explaining there would be an up charge. They provide service and then explain the charges only after the procedure. Providing up front cost to procedures and check ups would be a best practice and build trust among the patients. This was my second visit. My first experience was similar. X-rays were taken then I was asked to sit in the waiting room after the procedure, then again called back to pay my co-pay. Then a week later I received an additional charge with no explanation as to why. It wasn’t until my second visit that the charge was explained and was told if I don’t agree I can call my insurance and then call them back to possibly credit my account. My advice to those who use this location is to ask for charges upfront and then request that any additional services be explained before being provided.

Shari First time there today!! Everyone was so very nice and knowledgeable. Met the Dentist, Dr Gandhi, she was so very thorough and informative. The young lady that did my X-rays… did a great job and the even got me in for a cleaning with Missy. Found out that I have extra bone in my jawline called Tori or Exostoses. I would definitely recommend this place. I’m going back in 6 months for another routine cleaning.

Kellie Aguilar I highly recommend this dental office. The staff is so welcoming and polite. My husband and I have been coming here for the last 2 years or so and have never had any issues. From the receptionist to our dental hygienist, Missy, up to Dr. Gandhi, such an amazing team! They work together and communicate with each other so everyone is on the same page. The offices are clean and organized. They take their time explaining the process and demonstrate compassion and understanding, which is very reassuring for someone with anxiety like me. Char Wenzel I showed up at Aspen Dental in Haines City because I needed a tooth pulled. They werent talking walk- ins but they referred me to the one on Cypress Gardens. When I arrived it wasnt long before they called my name. The girl that did my x-rays was very sweet. Then I was brought into another room where they discussed the work I needed in my mouth. It wasnt just expensive, I couldnt even think about anything.(if you have ever had a toothache you know what I am talking about) I wanted that tooth pulled. The dentist was very nice. I couldnt believe that he pulled it so quick. And I was on my way home. Definitely a wonderful group of people to take care of an extraction. A little on the pricey side but it was well worth it. Im giving them 5 stars and I highly recommend them to anyone that needs dental care. Thank you for taking care of my dental needs.

Cheryl Kennedy I came to the Winter Haven location from lake wales. The Winter Haven office is wonderful. 100% better than lake Wales office. The people are nice and kind and the dentist is kind and professional and makes you feel comfortable. I do not like going to the dentist but everyone at this location made me feel so much better.

Trinidad Parodi Had the greatest experience with this Aspen Dental in Winter Haven. The staff was very pleasant and caring. The doctor ,sorry forgot his name was very concerned with my problem about dentures made for me in the past. The technician that made the dentures dis a great job. I was so happy I got teary eyed a couple of times. The nurse assistant was very helpful and patient. The entire staff is great. God bless them always. Robert OGuin Affordable Dentures & Implants are different from any dentist offices Ive been to, all business and no fluff, they do what they say. I am very satisfied with the work that they have done, I still need a few more adjustments but and after them I will give a final update. 5 stars from me for now.

Mathew Gager Very happy with my experience here. They were very thorough and precise. Literally had a brand new smile in one day! I had a previous dentist want to charge me $28,000 for root canals and crowns on every tooth I had left (to “save” them) and then give me partials around the remaining teeth. Would have been very noticeable making the $28,000 for “new” teeth pointless. I went with the top tier ultimate fit denture with a steel bottom partial and it was less than $6000 total including 9 extractions. If you have been dealing with front teeth you are not happy with and afraid to go full denture I can promise you it is worth it. Getting used to them is way easier than getting used to the pain of hurting teeth. Highly recommend.

Piery Pena Im really mad. I have going to this dentist with daughter for years. But in the last 2 years they have gone downhill. The last 2 visits I have been billed twice for extra charges that "the insurance didnt cover" even though my insurance is exactly the same and we have gone in for the same 6 month cleaning for years. I cancelled my last appointment after that bill and then they still keep sending me "we have an appointment available for you" text messages offering me to make appointment. Then I get this threatening letter today that my bill will be sent to collections even though it previous was explained to me in the office that it was covered by insurance. Last time I paid for a different bill but now its a second separate charge. Im so pissed. They seem very money hungry to charge extra even though they already charged my insurance and assured me that it was covered. Very disappointed. Thought I found a good dentist company but now I feel so duped. Definitely beware of this one. Think twice before going because they will sneak extra charges on you.

Octavio Medina After them kicking my son out for being autistic. How dare you make them wait for over a hour to then say you should take him some where else. You work on him once before and set up to get his work done then come out with that. That is so understandable !!!!! Do not recommend this place at all !!!

Cheryl Akers I came in on December 2023 I needed work done. I had root canal I told the dentist that it still hurt he said I will fix that he never did and the crown does not fit I have trieda couple times to get this fixed I say in a exam room for 45 minutes with nothing happening and was told it is probably the other tooth am not stupid I know what hurts I have been to two other dentist that have said they cannot believe job that was done and how the crown does not fit and that is why I am getting blood all the time this morning was the last straw my mouth was full of blood from this tooth not being done right and not getting the help I need I sure hope your family gets treated better that you treat me I cant afford to pay another dentist to fix it because it would have to come out of my pocket so I guess I have to live with a bad root canal or get I pulled so I didnt have b blood when I brush my teeth

She had a beautiful smile and was so friendly. Elena did my X-rays and reviewed my treatment plan. She was so gentle and kind through the process. Dr. Pagel made me feel at ease and he explained in detailed what he thought I needed for treatment. I highly recommend Peak Dental for all of your dental needs.

Liam Graham I absolutely LOVE this place! The staff is great and so patient with you. They handle my anxiety like pros. They really make sure that you’re comfortable before, during and after each procedure. I needed a lot of work done and they guided me every step of the way. They are up front about the cost so you know ahead of time exactly what you’re paying for. I love that they give you a “plan of action “ ( I forget the term they use) and I was able to pick which procedure I wanted to do each time based on what I could afford at that time. I needed partials and it’s was amazing how great they fit!! 10/10 I highly recommend

I spoke with one of the dentists and he was friendly, helpful and seemed to want the best for his patients. The experience though started with how great the staff answering the phones and greeting when you walk in. Truly a wonderful experience. Dentist office can cause a lot of apprehension, but here they make you feel welcomed and comfortable.

Well I have to say, Ive found it! I first spoke with Nadia and then Marty, who ended up scheduling my husband for a same day appointment. I was able to get into my old dentist and it cost me $75.00 to fix one cavity and everything else looked good. You were trying to upsell an older person and would have completed unnecessary work so you could make money. Shame on your company!!
