1 /5 Lucy Rivera: Took my car for AC issues. Was told it was the compressor. They changed the compressor and condenser as recommended. They recommended also Serpentine Belt and head cover gasket. $2700 later. I picked up my car on a Friday and the next day as I was on the highway the ac was not blowing. Took my car multiple times back. Now they say it must be the evaporator core an intensive job and would be well over $2000. What a joke people think we are made out of money or maybe because Im a woman they think they can get one over on me. If due diligence was done i wouldnt be going thru this.

5 /5 Scott Wood: Tommy and everyone at Lake Mary Automotive do a fantastic job. Whether its dealing with my 2005 Grand Cherokee that needs some TLC or the 2023 Grand Cherokee that is a problem child, they know how to handle it. Prompt, friendly and a fair price; cant ask for more than that.

Could’ve easily sold me on it but they were completely honest instead. Staff was helpful even though they were busy. Dropped off my car in the morning, got the diagnosis by afternoon. No BS, just straight answers. Hard to find mechanics who won’t try to rip you off these days. Definitely going back and would recommend to anyone looking for trustworthy service.
