The front desk responses arent about her, yet she claimed multiple times thats shes the only one who works front desk, and claims that shes the only person the insurance company could have possibly talked to? Thats so interesting.
Despite me having email proof that live nation contacted the clinic, she still denied that they ever called. She talked over me, yet was concerned about me changing my tone and said I wasnt listening to her. Then refused to speak with me any further. She kept bringing up that my prior visit wasnt workers comp, even after I told her the insurance company is already reimbursing me for it and thats not my concern (which her and I agreed on my last phone call to the clinic, that they can do). I wanted the NEW appointment to be billed as such. My toes are black from the medicine I was prescribed, and I needed a follow up to understand how long to expect it. But did not want to pay out of pocket for it, because the workers comp insurance company instructed me to return to the same clinic, and bill it as such.
You saying that you cant take a workers comp appointment at this time, is still you refusing to provide care because its workers comp...

Doctor was great, front desk sucks. Funny seeing all the other reviews also highlighting her rudeness. I was refused to be seen for an injury today, because I need it filed under a workers comp claim. Even though my companys insurance already told me that they called the center and gave them the claim information. I had email evidence as well, but they still refused. This was the only center out of the ones I called that had availability. I would have otherwise went somewhere else.
