jaycie elizabeth: I had my first visit here and I am extremely disappointed. The first nurse that saw me was great, very friendly and welcoming. Then the nurse named Michelle came to see me, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. I couldnt even finish my sentences telling her about my health concerns before she would cut me off- blaming my chronic fatigue on depression (I have worked with psychologists and psychiatrists for my depression and was actually told by my psychologist to get some medical tests done for the fatigue), cutting me off just saying "ibuprofen" when I started to tell her about my severe menstrual cramps. At one point she looked me in my face and said "you are GROSSLY underweight, you arent eating enough" before she even knew anything about my diet. One of my concerns was actually about my being underweight despite having a normal diet, but her telling me that I am "grossly underweight" and making accusations about my diet was extremely rude, it felt like bullying to me. Absolutely vile and disgusting behavior. I felt disrespected, unheard, and belittled. After going back and forth with her and advocating for myself to have tests done, she did end up ordering some labs for me so thats good at least.
L p: The doctor is compassionate, kind and very detailed in explaining every thing about your heart and more. Prior to surgery I had a EKG that was abnormal and needed to be cleared for surgery by a heart doctor. It is a comfort to say he is my heart doctor. His staff is very open and easy to work and always welcoming. They are always kind and efficient. His office is clean and neat. You do not feel like you are on an assembly line with many others crowded into a waiting room and shuttled along. I would and do recommend him and his staff to entrust with your health.
David Blackston: You could not fine a more caring doctor. Very good at what he does and his staff is top of the list when it comes to treating you like family. I would highly recommend Dr Tran to anyone looking for a surgeon
