5 /5 Linda: Highly recommend! Everyone I encountered including the phone staff was friendly and welcoming. I was there to get a crown and Dr Garcia and Addy explained in detail exactly what was being done throughout the entire procedure. This made me feel relaxed and less apprehensive. They make you feel very well cared for and the office decor and view of the lake are spectacular. Dont hesitate to call them!

I was initially dissatisfied and encouraged my wife to give them another chance, but unfortunately, she also had a negative experience. We were consistently unimpressed by the office staff and doctors. We felt they lacked the attention, time, and expertise to provide the appropriate level of care. We sincerely hope these concerns are addressed.

Shannon McCumber: Had two root canals done. Had an infection on an existing root canal that needed immediate attention. Dr.Claus took the time to address areas of concern and the treatment plan. Answered all my questions and was made to feel that I was in good hands. Time for the procedure came and was amazed at the efficiency and care taken by Dr. Claus .Area was a little sore for a couple of hours , but after that I was back to my busy life . Everyone at this office is professional , kind, and efficient.

Jeffrey Haynes: I made an appointment, came in, I didn’t have enough insurance info, they wouldn’t look it up, do I had to reschedule. Second time, still not the right info, no help from the staff, just rescheduled again. Third time, I have the correct insurance info. I got there early to fill out paperwork. Waiting room is empty. Staff walking around everywhere. While waiting I heard interactions between a mother trying to get her son’s dental care completed. The front desk staff were snotty and they didn’t communicate well, like they didn’t care. After the mother and her son left, the staff behind the desk started talking bad about her. Talking about her not having any gray matter, other comments geared toward stupidity. They didn’t even try to be quiet. I was a captive audience. Meanwhile I waited for 30 minutes past my appointment time, empty lobby, staff everywhere. I got up and left telling them to shred my info. Bad, unhelpful attitudes, unprofessional. I wonder if all the Greenberg Dental places are the same?

I like Dr. Young’s dental healthcare approach and she explains everything. She is taking baby steps with me to recover my dental health. Kaitlyn is a very kind and also professional dental hygienist. Donna at front desk is sweet and fun. Everyone there seems very nice! I along with my family are looking forward to receiving ongoing dental care with Dr. Young and her team. Will make the long drive as they are worth it!
