    emely fabero: i made an appointment with trina (manager) on monday for 12.18 at 5:30. i called to confirm an hour before my appointment and she said i was still good to go. i arrive and i sit down and then a lady comes right after me and says she has an appointment with the same time as me to see trina, after making that error she didn’t even apologize to me. that’s a very ugly thing to do as the owner of the establishment. luckily there was another girl who was able to do my nails and she was super nice, my nails came out perfect. please next time trina be careful when scheduling appointments because that’s how you can lose clients.

She was gentle, kind, and super fast! From start to finish it was no more than 40 minutes and the prices are very reasonable. Everything came out perfect! So now I found my new spot only a few minutes away.

I really enjoyed my pedicure—it was one of the few times Ive felt it was done well. However, as someone who pays close attention to details, I was disappointed with the shape of my hands nails. They all looked different and had some imperfections. For $135, I expected better, especially since Ive had more precise work done elsewhere for less, though without the same level of care and kindness. It’s a matter of deciding what’s more important to you: impeccable nail work or a genuinely caring atmosphere.
